Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Goffstown

So for three nights been trying to use the online order on my desktop and it keeps telling me there having issues. I order everything using rewards, after all this is why we get them right! I go to check out and it bumps everything back up to retail, takes the coupon price out and puts the regular price in on the ordered item that should be free based on my rewards available! Been a long time customer here for the shop. SO, I called and the two people working had absolutely no clue how to help me, and had no idea how to make it right. Well, wrong answer you guys just lost a long time customer and got yourselves a 1 star review! Sorry but you could have handled it much different, your in a customer service business, or at least...

It appears reviews are very good or very bad. On a whim we decided to order a few pizzas and a BB chicken order to go since we in that plaza. It was done all on a Android phone not in a downloaded App. It was crazy simple to do and they accepted a 3rd party payment that I use. I watched the order process over the phone and knew the order was ready. I did wait at the counter for a bit until someone could ask to assist me. They were hustling quickly in the kitchen & on the phones. It was around 5 PM when it was ready and it was correct. Just my experience this time. I’ve never actually visited the restaurant itself, but ever since they opened, we’ve enjoyed local delivery, which was unheard of in our area prior to their arrival! I’ve heard lots of negative comments on Facebook from Karen’s and keyboard warriors, but these guys need a huge thumbs up because they’ve never once gotten any of our orders wrong ever, the service is convenient (app), lightning fast prep and delivery, with decent courteous drivers!! We have to give a round of applause to the whole team....
