Dunkin' — Restaurant in Goffstown

The ABSOLUTE WORST dunks store I or anyone I know have EVER been to, I have been going to dunks my entire life and lived in three different states calling the east coast, it is my absolute favorite coffee.... that being said this is hands down the absolute WORST dunks I've EVER been to I recently bought a house in goffstown so this is now my closest and only option for dunks when home or traveling to work. This dunks RARELY can get my coffee right, which I spend THOUSANDS of dollars at this franchise the fact that I cant even get someone who is employed at dunks to even pay enough of attention to my order to make it right is infuriating to say the least when I spend roughly 6 or 7$ a day minimum because I go there a minimum of twice a day and usually get food as well I'll never go back to this dunks again and I HIGHLY recommend you all do the same go ANYWHERE else if you want what you actually order I, my fiance, my family and all my friends are never going back to this dunks unless they change the entire staff. Dont waist your time or money here, I cant figure out how they have enough customers to be renovating that location it...

The manager that was working the morning of 8/18 was the rudest person I have every had to deal with in my entire life. Yes the store was a little busy for 1130am but that doesn't give you the right to be a miserable person. Your employees are arguing in the front where people can see and when we go up to order is just all attitude. My boyfriend and I noticed they had two bottles of Pumkin Spice Swirl out and that's my boyfriends FAVORITE so he got excited. When he asked to have it in his coffee, she told him no and they aren't selling it until the 28th. Mind you, one of the bottles was already partially gone and she goes yes, my employees have been using it then proceeds to turn around and shove the bottles behind the coffee machines out of view. We then went to order croissant sandwiches and she literally yelled no croissants only plain bagels. So we decided not to get the food just the drink. After we order, she goes on a rant about how she hates working there and needs a new job and this is why she is stuck here because he employees aren't doing there job. Worst service of my life! I have a lot of patience for people working in the service industry, I did it for years, and I know it’s become more difficult. I don’t mind long waits and I understand mistakes happen. I don’t really care if I wait online for 15 minutes, I get that. But at this dunks, and the one up the road at the Irving in Bedford, I routinely receive either lousy service or see unhappy employees arguing, sitting on the counter where drinks are handed out, smoking in the drive thru, or making me feel like I’m putting them out by placing an order. Management needs to figure this out - if your people are stressed because of staffing or workload, and they’re making the customers miserable, you need to fix it. And for once, could someone pleeeeease just read back an order at the speaker and/or the window to make sure it’s right before charging me and handing me some...
