They blew me off; never delivered my food. The guy who answered the phone said his name was Wesley. I told Wesley this pizza was my only hope of having food during my eight-hour overnight shift at work. I haven't eaten since 4PM (which was nine hours ago) and I'm trapped at work with no food options on a Sunday night. If Wesley would have just told me he was refusing me service, I could have called someone else in Golden, but Wesley didn't tell me that. Wesley let me starve. Thanks Wesley! And thanks, Dominos, for hiring a kid like Wesley!
I've tried to call and check on the status of my pizza but when they close for the night, their answering machine begins blocking all incoming calls. I'm not trying to overwhelm you with more orders, Dominos! I'm trying to find out why I'm sitting here with no food two and a half hours after ordering when I was told it'd be here in thirty minutes!
My stomach aches and is growling. I'm feeling impatient and frustrated and generally weak of spirit. This is intense hunger, and the Golden, CO Dominos is responsible for it. From this point forward, I'll be actively encouraging people to steer clear of this location. I don't want a coupon or an apology from the manager, I want them to lose valuable business for being so unreasonably unprofessional. ...
Read moreI’ve ordered from this location 3 times now, and each time they’ve managed to forget the sauces. Not including the extra wing sauces I paid for is frustrating, but forgetting the icing for the cinnamon knots is just bad operations management, given that it’s a standard accompaniment, and could easily be tossed in to the box along with the knots. (The sticks were better than the knots, anyways.)
I called in after they messed up a third time, and asked them to make a return trip. They countered with a $7 credit offer. I asked why I would accept a credit that would require me to pay another delivery fee to a location I’m not sure I want to do business with anymore, and asked them to simply return with the items I’d ordered. They said it would likely be an hour or two before they could do that. I said an hour or two would be fine. They then went out of their way to inform me that they were voiding the $7 credit they proposed.
I’m still waiting.
Won’t order as much Dominos anymore.
Edit: I’ve since reordered and this location has been very eager to ensure fully delivered order. Impressed and less upset. Thanks to mgmt for the...
Read moreI don’t know if it’s corporate policy to skimp on the sauce because it’s the most expensive part of the pizza—or if it’s just another excuse to blame inflation—but even when we pay extra for “extra sauce,” there’s still barely anything on the pizza.
What is going on with this place? You get a round pie with what feels like a single swipe of a paintbrush dipped in sauce. It’s actually infuriating because I love Domino’s, and this is my local shop. I’d reach out to the owner, but I have a feeling it’s coming from the top—someone telling them to cut corners. This last time I was there, we got breadsticks in a black box, with cheese and pepperoni even though we paid for extra sauce, because we know better than to not order xtra, otherwise you get nothing on your pizza.
Our family orders four pizzas every Friday, but we’re switching to Anthony’s. I’m tired of companies pretending inflation is killing business when, in reality, they’re just cutting costs to boost profits. Enough is enough. Skimping on $0.50 worth of sauce just cost you a...
