Taco Bell — Restaurant in Golden

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever been in. I've worked at Taco Bell before and our managers would have had our heads if we ran it like this.

First of all, there was trash and food all over the floor in the food preparation area which was perfectly visible to customers. It takes just one minute to sweep the floor but they obviously hadn't bothered to do it for hours.

They ran out of warmed-up beef, meaning they DID have beef, they just didn't keep up with production and warm up a new bag in time, so they just substituted chicken in all of our items without asking or giving us a heads up. Just, "surprise, you've got chicken now".

The bathroom was disgusting and the toilet needed a scrubbing.

When I worked at Taco Bell we were expected to have the food available within 3 minutes of it being ordered. We waited over 20 minutes and were treated very rudely when we inquired about it's status. Have read other reviews complaining about a rude pink-haired girl..., well she's still there crunching up peoples' tacos and mistreating folks. Our food was all smashed up like she was taking her frustrations out on it as she packed the bag.

We were going to buy our daughter Taco Bell gift cards to use while in college but after visiting this location we decided against it, as it was literally the strangest and most disturbing Taco Bell experience...

I ordered delivery. They forgot the fire sauce. Taco bell is extremely bland without the sauce. I called the Doordash driver, he refused to go get the sauce. Tried calling this store multiple times. Noone answers the phone. I call Doordash, they tell me i need to request a refund from Taco Bell, not thier problem. Because the store won't answer the phone, I drive down there. I asked for a manager on duty. Was told there is none. Asked why they aren't answering thier phone? It was not busy. She said she did not know how. I asked for a refund, she said she didn't know how. I asked for the store managers name, and a way to contact them. She handed me her filthy æersonal cell phone to speak with the store manager "Maria". Maria told me it was Doordash problem, get the refund from them. I told Maria, that I was told the opposite from them. She says i did not pay them, so she cant offer a fefund. I ordered through Taco Bell's mobile app. If i did not pay Taco Bell, then where did my money go. I have my reciept. Photo included. I suppose i need to file a police report with the City of Golden, contact the Attorney General for the State of Colorado, and report Yum brands to the Federal Trade Commision. I have had issues with this Taco Bell every time I've been there. A couple weeks ago when I was there, the girl at the front counter seemed like she had the intelligence of a plastic bag. And I get it. Taco Bell is always run by stoned teenagers who'd rather look at their phones than have to actually work. But this girl didn't seem to understand what I ordered, and when they inevitably got my order wrong, I was stared at blankly for a good 30 seconds before I was finally asked "Y'all good?" When I replied "No, I'm actually missing half my order."

I mistakenly decided to go there again today in a pinch, and ordered one of my items with no tomatoes. It said no tomatoes on my receipt, and the girl who took my order even said out loud to me "no tomatoes".

Come to find when I got home that not only was the item I'd asked for no tomatoes on COVERED in tomatoes, but every item I ordered had tomatoes, even the ones that usually don't have them. This Taco Bell needs to whip these kids into shape. The next generation...
