McDonald's — Restaurant in Goldendale

No need for me to spend a lot of time on this... But... I'm going to. This is a McDonald's. And if somehow, by God's will alone, you have been sheltered from this famous fast food establishment, you should know that it's as close to "Not Real Food" as you can get while still being food. Does this mean it tastes bad? No. In fact, it actually tastes pretty good. Probably because of all the sugar pumped inside. In either case, it's a place to grab food and go. Don't bring a date here, don't expect jazz music playing overhead, and don't expect real meat. Expect something resembling a burger paired with salty potato slices, and a carbonated sugar drink. Oh, and as far as service goes, don't expect some 5-star restaurant service. These people don't have to give you that type of service because they aren't paid like a 5-star employee. Expect a half-decent smile mixed with a stained shirt and the unspoken desire to find a new job. This McDonald's is unique in that it is suction-cupped to a gas station store. So hey! That's...

Me and my sister were going through the drive thru of this exact McDonalds. I wanted a frappe and they said the machine was broken. I then asked for a frozen fanta and they tried saying the machine was broken to. I then got my fanta. It's either they don't want to serve cold things or their just to lazy to clean the machines. We also got fries, NO SALT! Fries aren't good without salt. My sister ordered a type of burger and the food didn't smell good. My sister used to work there and she was scrubbing mold where they used to keep the cups and also on the fridges rubber seals. My sister got a burger and she opened the top and it's like you just slapped a bunch of pickles in one spot also she asked for no pickles. And the condiments where also splattered in one spot. I ordered a MC chicken and some days there's either to much Mayo and too little. This time it was almost as if I didn't have any Mayo. The meat was also dry. And I asked for a normal MC chicken and it's spicy. Also the chicken...

I try not to leave reviews for large chains unless the location is exceptional or atrocious. Unfortunately this McDonalds location is the latter. I came in for lunch and all the workers seemed to be scrambling, not at all organized. This caused a number of misses with peoples orders which resulted in major delays. They also apparently ran out of the sandwich I ordered, but I wasn't notified until having waited nearly 10 minutes. I was asked to pick a different sandwich, which I did, though it cost less than the sandwich I already paid for. I waited along with the other customers for nearly 20 minutes for the order. No apologies, just plopped the bag down, called out the number and walked off. Note this is just my single experience here, but the lack of organization, cleanliness, and poor customer service standards sounds like a lack of good leadership. Hopefully this...
