They do bad business my boyfriend bring ring here to have repair maybe two months ago they keep my ring three weeks pay over $500 fix one of the diamonds they fix fall out I only wore 2 times since getting back.My boyfriend said big deal I will just take back they probably just fix right quick.He bring ring back hand guy the ring and guy bring back to Jeweler Alan Bailey who tells guy going be 2 week or more cause he got more work than he can handle.I boyfriend ask for my ring back Alan Bailey comes out of back ask my boyfriend why we want our ring back.My boyfriend said cause he just going take Finks to fix.He said why you going do that we will fix free not free we just paid them $500.Even ask my boyfriend if he would like to come behind counter see all the work they got.Get worse the owner Alan Sutton calls tell my boyfriend this would never happen if he was in the store like that should make a difference in how your staff treat people but did offer to fix in 24 hours personally which my boyfriend thought was nice.My boyfriend decided to contact BBB because he never been treated so bad.BBB helps get us full refund but Alan Sutton the owner stated in his response that my boyfriend was treated so nice exact words what more could a customer want.Why did he call apologizing before say this would never happen if he were their?He even say in the BBB that my boyfriend want go front of line that is LIE why would you say that you said you fix in 24 hours after what happen my boyfriend don’t want be front or back of line with your store bad work and mean to your own customer I’m just nail tech I no treat my customers this way.Stay away from Alan Sutton Jewelry bothAlan Sutton and Alan Bailey one...

I bought two magnet clasps from Walmart, I'd barely touch the necklace and it would fall off. I took my necklace to you guys.
