McDonald's — Restaurant in Gonzales

Found a metal earring piece on my son slushie it was night around 11 PM. My son was checking on it. I called the restaurant to report it, night manager was nice and was very sorry and offered to replace my meal she. Told me to go in next day, to speak with the general manager, I did. The acted concern did not apologize just kept telling me that he didnt understand how that happened,, but that he will have a meeting in with the staff. The metal piece looked like it had been grinded, general manager did not offer an apology and did not offered a replacement for the slushie or the meal. I don't know if he was more concerned that I was going to take legal matters that he didnt know what to say. I can honestly tell you that he didnt even realise he didnt offer an apology. Very rude service. Went 9/12/2021 and ordered 10 coffees, which took 20 minutes to get. Really? But that’s not the worst of it. I asked for cream and sugar on the side. The “manager” asked how many of each to which I responded let me have 5 creams and 3 sugars per coffee. She got upset and asked “ HOW MANY PER EACH?!?” I repeated, “5 creams and 3 sugars per coffee” she then again asked “So then how many do you want?!” Like umm 10x5 is 50 so?? She then said well that’s too many. I don’t know why I would be asked if they weren’t going to give me the ones I wanted. Another staff asked her so then how many do I give? Although the main area is usually fairly clean, the staff usually messes up our order. They don't keep the kids area up many times; the tables are dirty, there's trash on the floor, and the trash cans are full. We mainly go there because our one year old loves the play place but lately the bigger kids are always on the play place jumping from obstacle to obstacle, despite the posted rules. It's becoming dangerous for our little one so we have decided to try somewhere else more often. It's a shame because it's got the best play place for a toddler in Denver that we found.
