This is my spot but for the past month or so customer service has fallen to the pits of hell...I started coming here at pj's since 2022 and I walys buy their tea or specialty drinks they have for that month...I damn near had the whole menu ..I make special trips twice a day for my tea and my Chihuahuas pup cup...this morning and seems like the same cashier for past month seems not friendly and never get my order right but always seem to repeat my order...I ordered two bacon biscuits , strawberry croissant two sweet teas...I got one sandwich she closed the window and walked away , so I had to blow my horn to get her attention twice to let her my order was wrong so the other cashier gave me the rest of my order...I use to feel like this was my calm space but she messed up the energy here...I will take my kindness and my money elsewhere....it's bad energy here...by pj's and I will be...

Read moreI love everything about PJ’s coffee don’t get me wrong. But, this mornings service was not so good! However, in the past i have always experienced the best service from this PJ’s in Gonzales, Hwy. 30. I was handed my coffee without a stopper, sleeve, or napkins and of course it wasted on me. Not that much of a big deal I didn’t get burned. But this could’ve turned out bad. Instead I got greeted with coffee in my lap and “oh I’m sorry do you need some napkins?” Dear what do you think? I nodded yes and said it’s okay as I drove off. Is more training in order? Or, maybe give her something else...
