Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Gonzales

Went thru drive thru ordered 2 burgers with fries and drinks nothing special. 1st car in line At the drive thru 1st order placed e very car behind me got their food I'm still waiting 4 different orders at my car window. When food did come out it was COLD drink was wrong gave them 50.00 for a 20 dollar order and they went to correct drink 10 min later they brought out drink manager was confused and trying to explain I had to pay for drink. So we started we gave them a 50.00 and that should cover my food and drinks. She wanted to argue and again make excuses for delay still at this point no change. Finally a young man appeared with our 30.00 in change and manager had no apologie for her rudeness on paying for the drink that I had ALREADY paid for. Burger was cold and dry, tots were burned never again will I go to this Sonic in Gonzales. You LOST...

This is a small Sonic and the people are all very friendly people. Usually they take care of the customer if something was wrong with their order even if it was an order from a few days ago but I told them that I got a burger awhile back and I ordered it with no onions because I can't eat onions because they make me very sick and when I got home with my burger it was full of onions and saturated with the onion juice but they didn't offer to make it right or anything! That right there is very bad business! This makes me not want to go there anymore and I Love Sonic! They need to correct there problems or they are going to loose a lot of business! I do a lot of reviews on everywhere I go to let people know where the good places are and where the problem places are! I will be spreading this problem to everyone I can to get...

The Sonic I went to was super. My bag was not greasy, the two napkins and two salts were in the bag.The carhop was polite and gave me my exact change. Some of the carhops at some locations try to shortchange me for a tip they give themselves. This never happened in this location. When it occurs elsewhere I will call them back to my vehicle to correct the change given. I have never had that issue at this location (Gonzales, Texas). Remember TIP is "to improve performance" and I am known as a generous tipper. Don't try to take a nickel here and a quarter there because you will have shorted yourself of a dollar or two from me.
