This was my WORST experience with what used to be my favorite restaurant. I ordered the chef's meal to go plus 2 of the lunch specials. The food was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Out of 4 main dishes only two of them were edible and that's barely. The sauces on all of the meals were way off and ruined the dishes. The orange chicken (which before this I believed could not be messed up) sauce was bland yet over powering with orange essence. The honey chicken lacked any kind of salt and oddly tasted or orange chicken as well ( cooked in the same dish maybe and I say dish and not pot or pan because they all tasted like microwaved dishes No way!!! they used a wok for this food) and the Mongolian beef slightly rubbery with a bland sauce that was doctorable at best. Yes I know this is only 3 entrees, we had 2 orders of the orange chicken lunch specials. The salad that came with the chef's meal was lettuce and wonton strips placed in the lettuce and not separate so they were soggy and the dressing was TERRIBLE‼️How do you ruin peanut sauce? The chicken lettuce wraps a DISGRACE. The sauce was made almost purely of mustard so much that when applied to the food you get a wasabi effect in your nose that was a bit painful and tasted HORRIBLE. FOR $100 I would warn RUN to your nearest Chinese hole in the wall or better yet but some frozen chicken bites and store bought sauce and make it at home you will fare better! The only compliment I can give is the food was ready when I got there but considering there were hardly any customers that's not saying much and I saw why when I attempted to eat this food. 85% of it was consumed by my garbage can. Even my kids didn't like their entrees. One forced it because she was hungry and the other only ate her noodles and spring roll. Opting to throw the rest away which is the same that happened with my food one entree consumed from hunger and the rest was trashed, even the soggy salad and my favorite appetizer, the chicken lettuce wraps. Oh yes the fortune cookies were great lol. I'm shocked they were edible after this experience. Again MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT. Worst experience with...

My family and I love PF and have gotten it plenty of times. To start I put in the order online for pickup when I call to state I’ve arrived whoever picked up the phone had no patience other than saying stating hello and “when it’s done it will be done” hangs up phone. I had to call back to ensure everything I needed in the bag was correct plates, silverware, etc… so not a big deal but then we get home and to give my exact order we had a chicken fried rice kids meal and broccoli beef with extra beef. In the kids fried rice it’s mixed fruits and we got plain oranges okay cool then the rice has no flavor what so ever and kind you we love PF so we know how it’s supposed to taste. Then with our broccoli beef no sauce or broth I should say was added as well as only three broccoli pieces. Tried to call and got hung up on immediately not sure if something is wrong with their phone system but don’t have time to call multiple times when nothing will be done or waste more of my time to get it corrected. I would suggest to spend the extra gas and go to another PF because this Goodyear one has gone down hill. Also to add this is the second time this has occurred within my family so I speak from trying to give them...

I came to this restaurant for dinner on a Friday evening with my family. It wasn’t very busy when we arrived. we were told the wait would be about 20–30 minutes. While we waited, 5–6 other families showed up. I was tired and didn’t notice right away, but suddenly 40 minutes had passed, and all of those families had been seated before us.

When I brought this up to the hostess, there was no apology or explanation, just a flat “okay.” We were finally seated after 45 minutes, once no one else was waiting.

Our server was friendly and kind, which was the one bright spot in the evening. Unfortunately, the food took another 40 minutes to arrive, and I noticed that people who were seated after us received their meals faster.

When my food finally came, the order was incorrect. I didn’t send it back because I didn’t want to wait another hour. The dish I received was too spicy, dry, and the rice was hard, completely inedible. My child’s meal was also cold, hard, and looked very unappetizing.

I’m not someone who usually complains, but this experience was frustrating from beginning to end. Between the long wait, lack of communication, and poor food quality, this isn’t a place I’ll be...

Normally we come here as it's one of very few restaurants in our area that's open late however tonight the quality of food was abysmal. I ordered the beef & broccoli w/ street noodles and my wife had the combo lo mein w/ pork dumplings. The broccoli was cooked well but the beef was very overcooked. It was hard to chew as it was as tough as the bottom of a shoe. The noodles were dry and also included green onions that I asked to be removed. My wife's noodles were also very dry with minimal sauce but the dumplings were by far the worse of the whole meal! They were practically inedible! It was an order of 6 and she could only eat 2 because the other 4 were pretty much raw on the inside (as you can see from the picture)! This experience may very well be our last because to spend almost $100 and the whole meal was disappointing.. I don't think it's worth taking another chance. SN: I would have preferred to return to the restaurant to bring up these concerns but they were already closed at the time I wrote this.

This place isn't good anymore, there are way more negatives than positive. Ridiculously high prices, the brown rice and fried rice didn't taste good, the orange chicken was decent flavor but mushy, the honey chicken did not taste good and was mushy, the California roll was terrible - it was like eating sushi from your home fridge that you bought at the grocery store the day before, the decor of the building and seating is just so dark and heavy and stuck in the 2000's... P. F. Chang's is the last resturant I would ever go to, especially if I wanted Chinese or Asian food. I haven't been since 2 years ago, and before that was 15 years ago in Los Angeles, CA. I tried to give it a chance again but no, never going there again. Positive was that our waiter was nice. And I guess another positive is that their resturants are consistant across locations, and even consistsnt with their freezer grocery store items- which we tried once but never bought again.

I visited PF Chang's many times in other cities. Today is the first time I went in this location. Compared with the food in other locations, the portions are quite small. I ordered two dishes one is Kong Pau Shrimps ($23) and the other Ma Pao Tofu vegetarian dish ($17). The shrimps are not only very small but quantity is so little maybe about 15 or 16 pieces. Surprisingly authentic Ma Pao Tofu is supposed to be soft and silky but they cooked as fried tofu with lots of broccolis padded on the bottom of tofu. I asked fried rice (see the picture) to go with two dishes. I did not taste any egg or meat or shrimp in the fried rice. It's so bland like eating the brown rice. The black waiter was so pushy that no more than 20 minutes after I started to eat he came to ask me whether I need to pack the leftover in the boxes. I was just spending a few minutes to check my iPhone. He delivered the check right away.
