Reserved a table via their online wait-list. Absolutely seamless process, staff was all super nice. Wound up taking sears at the bar. Went and told the hostess, but they didn't take me off the wait-list and I actually got a phone call, top notch. My wife got the Mimosa and I thought it was excellent and I don't even like mimosas. She loved it. Didn't have the beer listed on the menu so I got an espresso martini, again excellent. Ordered the blueberry pancakes which I was told the blueberries were in the pancakes and on top. They really were more like just thrown on the grill with batter pour on top, but there was enough extra blueberries to make it work. One issue, they were burnt on the outside. I couldn't finish them, I would not get them again. My wife got the Monte Christo which was also kind of burnt but she enjoyed it and said she would get it again. I had also ordered a side of bacon that never showed up, I told them to cancel, but it was still on the bill, which they kindly removed. I've been wanting to try Over Easy for a little while and finally made it today, and I'm glad I did! The service was great, the restaurant was very clean and the hostess seated us immediately even though they seemed very busy this morning. I opted for the Sausage gravy and biscuits which came with hashbrowns and eggs. I was a little worried because the biscuits said they were jalapeno biscuits but there was a very slight jalapeno flavor that was perfect. My wife had sausage, toast and eggs. We also tried the blueberry cornbread. My wife enjoyed her breakfast and the portions were very good size, we both were very full when we left. I also ordered a side of bacon, it was thick and very crispy, just the way I like it. We enjoyed our meals, but we really didn't care for the blueberry cornbread, just personal preference.
