Honestly i wanted to like this starbucks but every time i’ve been to this location something is wrong. First the manager or shift lead is extremely rude to customers and employees and 9 times out of 10 your drink will be made incorrectly. Today after receiving the wrong size drink (no big deal) i just let the barista know what it was supposed to be a trenta as opposed to a venti so she took it back from my car into the store to be remade which is not starbucks protocol and then let me know that they only charged me for the original size given which is fine but i clearly gave my order for a trenta not a venti and the attitude was unnecessary since it’s not my fault your employee didn’t ring me up correctly. I’d gladly pay for a trenta which is what i ordered but i didn’t need the attitude from the barista. Read moreSo I went on a Sunday morning… I ordered my usual egg bites and a spinach wrap… I was in a hurry I got there about 9:15 am… their applepay wasn’t working so Kat said she was going to charge me on the drive thru cashier she then charges me there… when my food was done a guy mistakenly set my food at the drive thru… I noticed and I told Kat and she said THATS NOT YOUR FOOD without even verifying.. about 15 minutes past and I see everyone getting there food before me so I then asked her again and she responded aggressively and she said that someone must have stole my food… CLEARLY NOT TRUE… I was paying very close attention to the food that was being and made and I would have notice of they would have called my name… SHE DIDNT care to rush my food… I had to wait for 4 more tickets to be finished before I got my food such a waste of time… I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO...
Read moreUnfortunately I had a horrible experience with the manager/supervisor Andrew, my drink ended up having cinnamon in it when I didn’t order a drink with cinnamon. I tried to explain this to him, and he was very rude to me and told me that They did not put cinnamon in my drink And the drink is not made with cinnamon. I told him I am aware, but my drink drink had cinnamon in it, and I am allergic he then told me I need to call ahead that drinks are just going to have cinnamon in it because other drinks have cinnamon…then hung up the phone.
