Very disappointed in a place I gave a five star review for years... the representatives they have for this store have changed... sorry to say I will not be back, no biggie for them. I'm the one with hurt feelings it's hard to find a great pizza joint as such. The young lady with pimples should not be working around people if she can not conduct herself in a proper manner. Customer service is everything it will make or break a good eatery. We were promised a remake on all and only received just pizza with attitude when we came to collect. It was very⁶ disappointing. How we were treated was not OK by any means. Especially given their word and them going back on it when we came back and they were trying to say oh pizza was eaten wings were eaten we saw the pizza had my pizza maker make another and we tried it and it was fine, is calling us liars.... I'm sorry she didn't write it all down, but that's not cool. How this situation played out was unnecessary and unprofessional. We talked to 2 ppl before the manager. And then the manager just repeated what they said. We weren't trying to get anything free just what we were promised after returning our pizza and our wings and unfortunately we didn't. Thank you for the years of good food and service for so long up until now. *Just got your response. The receipt for pizza and wing combo as well as the note on the back are 2 different things as well as post the video since we acted in such a manner. You ppl seem to play victim very well... show the evidence then instead playing victim just like your employee did in the store. Nobody attacked you nor belittled anyone if we did cops would've been called and asked us to leave but instead was given a pizza to make up for it with the manager saying " it's Sunday let's all enjoy this Sunday and eat pizza!" Hmmm, ridiculous to act in such a manner then post nonsense here like I said you play victim very well. We spoke to the manager, and he was fine, so idk who you're talking about. This is our 2nd time coming to AZ Pizza Co, and it’s amazing in my opinion , they accommodate my needs which is gluten free at the moment, it’s been very hard to find a place that allows me to eat what I can, and this place has just been it! 😊 Picking up our order today we had an issue with the third party app I use unfortunately, we did pick up our order with no issues, I had forgotten that they do gluten free with medium pizzas, which isn’t the issue since AZ Pizza Co , changes that option for you, which is awesome but the third party Grub Hub, for some reason canceled our order right after we grabbed our food or somewhere in between for some reason, I’m not sure why this happened but it lead into this whole confusion since it seemed like we canceled but we didn’t, GrubHub sent me a text message saying they canceled my order and they will refund me and it was just all over the place, I called AZ Pizza Co attempted to pay because I honestly love this place and did not want to leave a bad taste in their mouths about us, and long story short, they told us it was okay , since it was just a whole mess, apparently GrubHub made a mistake on their end, but this lovely young women on the phone said that it was on them, I insisted on paying because it was the right thing to do, and they honestly deserve the money , but she also insisted it was ok the house, I want to thank you so much and so sorry again for this mess, I will definitely just order from there website next time and not other apps, I would definitely recommend this pizza joint to anyone, they’re literally awesome, not just for what happened today but because the pizza is literally...

I am a pizza conissuer, from a young age I have found pizza to be the best form of meal for any revelerous occasion, no matter the circumstance. Birthday? Pizza. Party? Pizza. Movie Night? Pizza. Bailed out of Jail? Pizza. Alimony check bounced? Well hopefully you have a few bucks left because you'll need some pizza to take the edge off that. Now what makes AZ Pizza Company the best at what they do? At Papa John's or any of the other big cheese nation chains they skimp on ingrediants and lose out on unique taste. Not here. I haven't ordered extra cheese because I'm fearful it wouldn't fit in the box with it on. The ingredients are at a perfect measurement to give you the best bang for your buck. They give you the pizza of your dreams, on your doorstep and for that I have incredible respect. I have them on speed dial right next to 911. So the next time you get a little older, your band's drummer sleeps with your girlfriend, or your work needs a pizza party, call the AZ Pizza Company for a pizza that will haunt...
