Pizza Hut advertises routinely to my email for specific product but when I attempt to order what they advertise on their phone app, I am told that they do not have the product to deliver. They have consistantly refused to take and deliver my order for the Chicago style tavern pizza for multiple weeks now. The local store says too bad and corporate say too bad also. I take it that their advertizing is targeted to get you to make a product selection that you may not want and that they never really intended to produce for the customer. I recommend that customers go to local pizzaria locations like Barro's Pizza (in Phoenix) who actually make and deliver what they advertise. Pizza Hut does not produce what they advertise. I have rewards points that I am not able to claim since they do not sell what they advertise. Pizza hut does not let you redeem reward points unless it's from their mobile app which makes their website worthless. Their customer service is worthless and it sounds like their IT department is incapable of creating a web experience that is functional or value added.
Driver just dropped the food at the front door and took off down the street before I could get to door (less than 1 minute from doorbell). I didn't request the food drop off option. If driver was afraid of covid, then he should not be a delivery driver, ever. Between bad service like this and becoming a "Woke" company, Pizza Hut has fallen to the bottom of my quick-delivery food ordering list.
Yesterday's order was supposed to be a "hand me the order" delivery but the door dash guy just left the whole order on my doorstep with no knock or doorbell ring. If I hadn't gone to the front door to see if he was near, the order would have sat there longer. As it was, the pizzas where cold and the Pepsi was warm. I got a follow up text stating that my order was handed to me. Pizzahut service is severly declining and I recommend that you use other local pizzarias ( Barrows, Papa Johns...etc) who seem to care about their customers. It is obvious that Pizza Hut and their employees/contractors don't...

So Crystal is the manager I spoke with this evening and she really made me think "WOW"...she fixed a problem with our order...and she made it effortless...in the fact that we had made an order and it wasn't correct and instead of making it feel as if it were our problem or that we were trying to get something for free...she just very kindly asked what was incorrect and happily took care of our issue! I work for the Quality Control Department for inbound customer care calls for T-Mobile and I've been there for years...so basically my job IS essentially making sure that everyone is not only following policies and procedures, but all day long I'm looking for if the customer service rep made a personal connection with the one they are speakin to...are they resolving the customers issues on that call making it one call resolution or do they have to call back again..and were they providing the best customer service to the customer during that call..so Crystal Thanks a Million for your outstanding help tonight you did an awesome job and one more thing I might add, you just never know what a person's going through in there lives and the day after our pizza mishap my father inlaw passed away..and so it really mattered to me that I didn't have to Hassel Crystal to fix my...
Read moreSo, all day I kept seeing the advert for the Ultimate Cheesy Pizza on TV. Being the day after Thanksgiving, I didn't feel like cooking, so, pizza it is.
So, the Ultimate Cheesy Pizza only comes with pepperoni, and you have to pay $1.25 for any additional topping. We also got wings and garlic bread knots.
First, the wings; $13.99 for 16 wings, and they CHARGE for any dipping sauce. Nowhere does it say on the menu that they will charge, except for in the appetizer section. I would think that you'd get at least one dipping sauce for free, but no, you have to pay for it.
Now, the pizza. $14.99 for a pizza where the crust seems to be extremely underdone. When you pick up a slice, the toppings have a tendency to fall off. They actually put too much sausage on it, so you can't really taste the five cheese blend they use for the Ultimate Cheesy part. All in all, I'd give this pizza a 3/10 stars.
The only good part of this meal was the cheesy garlic knots. Crispy outside, cheesy inside. Comes with marinara sauce. All in all, a decent buy for $5.99.
I spent (with tax) $39.23...i can think of several things I could do with that money. I wanted to treat my children to dinner out, but I would have been better off going to Walmart and buying a $6.99 extra...
