Read moreI have placed an order online twice with this zaxby's. And both times I had to wait almost an hour for my order. They sent me receipts. Giving me a time that I can pick up the order and it was never ready. And then when I talked to the cashier that answered the phone about it. She was Very nonchalant and so was the manager. When I ask to speak to the general manager , the manager placed me on ice brief hold. And then disconnected. I called the back numerous of times and no one would askanswer the phone. I can understand if this happened one time. But twice. In two weeks. I pay good money when I go to this restaurant so I expect better service And for management to care about customer complaints. I don't feel like they are considerate to customers In resolving the issues. I addressed the issues to the manager. And all she said was she'll talk to them. So in other words nothing was gonna be done. Every customer Should matter. I don't want to give them any stars at all. But google will only allow you to place a review if you give at least one star.
