First of all I wanted to place my order through their app. God know that they send me several notifications to order. When I went to checkout the app gave me an error message, I changed cards and nothing. I decided to stop by the store since I was already craving and order and get out as soon as I could. With Covid19 I am not going out and ordering through apps or food services. The store was empty as I expected. When I first went in there were 2 employees and neither acknowledged me until I spoke. The cashier was doing something at the register and I had to wait until he finished to get my order. He was friendly and had all his protection gear on, so no complaint there. However, the other employee seemed to be washing dishes or stocking up the ingredients and passed by the front were my food was being prepared 3 times with his mask on his chin. I waited to see if maybe out of courtesy he would put it on but he did not. He spoke to the employee preparing my food and still his mask on his chin. I spoke up without being rude and told him "You have to wear your mask properly" he looked at me and mumbled something and went to the back. When he came back out he had his mask on properly. I too have a full time job were I am required to wear my mask all day, specially when I am near other people. I know it is suffocating and bothers but I also think that he should have put it on first thing I came in. I do not know if he is sick and he is near my food and he does not know if a customer coming in is sick and can get him sick. So Subway please instruct your employees to take the proper precautions for their and our safety. This was a violation on security measures for not having his mask on and he was definitly not 6 ft away which woth more reason he should have had it on without being told...
Read moreI have placed orders through the Subway app on two occasions at the same store, and both times, the quality of my sandwiches was unacceptable.
The first incident occurred a few weeks ago when I used the FL BOGO promotion. When I picked up my order and took it home, I discovered that the sandwich contained very little meat and no vegetables—they had completely forgotten to add them. It was mostly bread with barely any filling.
Today, February 14th, I placed another order using the FL BOGO promotion, and once again, one of the sandwiches was extremely poorly made. This time, I took a picture because the quality at this location has become unacceptable. The sandwiches are not being prepared properly, which defeats the purpose of using the app for a convenient and enjoyable experience.
Additionally, I attempted to contact the store directly before reaching out to Subway customer service, but their listed phone number was not working. I also searched online for an alternate number but was unable to find one. This lack of communication makes it even more frustrating to resolve issues...

This is like 3 minutes of waiting without even telling u to please wait or something and everytime I order online chicken sandwiches, They give me the chicken cold as if they came out of the fridge . I have always ordered and even worked at a subway heating the meat even if ppl don’t want it toast. Since when the chicken has to be cold if you don’t want your bread toast ?? Then I have noticed that subway has increased in prices but the meat keeps getting smaller portions. Overpriced and very little meat. It’s more like veggies subs. Horrible !!!!!! Please go to PUBLIX!!! Best subs and lots of meat for what u pay...
