Everyone loves a quick and easy stop at Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee and breakfast, but my recent visit was anything but smooth. What should have been a simple transaction turned into a frustrating ordeal due to slow service and an incorrect order.
It all started when I walked into Dunkin’ Donuts, expecting to grab my food and be on my way within a few minutes. The line wasn’t too long, so I assumed it would be a quick stop. After placing my order—a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich with a medium iced coffee—I stepped aside to wait. At first, I was patient, but as the minutes passed, I started to notice that customers who ordered after me were receiving their food while I continued to wait.
After about ten minutes, I asked an employee if my order was coming up soon. They briefly glanced at me, muttered something about checking on it, and then disappeared behind the counter. Five more minutes passed, then another five. At this point, I had been waiting for a full 20 minutes. Frustrated, I approached the counter again and asked about my order. The employee finally handed me a bag, and I left the store, relieved that the wait was over.
However, my frustration only grew when I opened the bag and realized that my order was completely wrong. Instead of my bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, I received a plain bagel with cream cheese. My iced coffee was missing as well. At this point, I was too irritated to go back inside and deal with the hassle all over again.
Overall, my experience at Dunkin’ Donuts was incredibly disappointing. Long wait times and incorrect orders are unacceptable, especially at a fast-food restaurant where efficiency is expected. Read moreI normally wouldn’t care to write a review for Dunkin’ Donuts because I think everyone generally knows it’s not the best place for breakfast but rather just convenient and it’s usually a hit or miss at certain locations. But let me tell you, after going to this location, a review was MUCH needed. They messed up both of our iced coffees so bad… Not the biggest problem just annoying but we understand mistakes happen, weren’t mad about it. We just asked politely to remake the coffees to what we ordered to which they didn’t seem to understand what we wanted. The one woman in the window tried to tell US what we ordered and what we wanted. Again, tried to politely tell her what we wanted. She remade one coffee. When it came time for the second coffee she got frustrated with us for trying to tell her what we actually wanted and grabbed another coworker who then both proceeded to firmly speak with us through the window about what WE wanted. Mind you, both of our coffees aren’t anything special, just normal coffees right from the menu. They gave us the second coffee so wrong to the point we were so fed up we just left. When we went to go in the bag for the food, it looked like they just slapped the cheese unmelted on the sandwich. The wrap was so squished in the bag with not even a full piece of bacon in it. We don’t expect stellar food and service from Dunkin’s but at the same time we are giving our hard earned money for something. Read moreUpdate 11/08/2025 Came to this location at about 11 PM at night Just to grab a hot coffee, nothing big When I received the cup, I could tell it wasn’t hot at all. I took a sip of it It was a very, very cold Stood at the window for a good four minutes before someone actually came back told him it was not hot at all… Usually, you would brew a new pot, but nope, she steamed it with the steamer from the espresso machine The taste of the coffee taste So burnt I didn’t even bother going back to complain. I literally threw it out the window. Only reason I stopped at this location to see if they changed any of the faults! But nothing changed!!!!! They have poor service an they need to be retrained seriously! How do you serve a hot coffee cold like that to a customer then try a steam it like it hasn’t been sitting for hours like come do better!
It’s unfortunate that every time I go to this Dunkin, it doesn’t matter what time it is if I order a frozen coffee, they always say that the machine is being clean. I came here three times in one week and each time I ordered a frozen coffee it was 5 PM 6:30 PM and 7:30 PM and every single time they told me that the machine was being clean, first of all why are you cleaning the machine while the business is open supposed to clean it when you’re Close I’m gonna call the manager tomorrow once again and complain because I shouldn’t be going to an open business and can’t order what I wanna order because they don’t want the machine If you quit, it’s not fear of the customers...
