Almost every morning since moving to Grafton, I put in a mobile order for Fiddleheads and then I leave the house to go there (8 mins). And every time it's already ready and waiting for me. Also every time when I walk in I'm greeting with smiles a good morning and have a great day. Although it may seem miniscule or insignificant, I firmly believe that these interactions, over time have a decently large impact on you. When the people you interact with on a daily basis are nice and friendly, it really does affect your overall mood. In a world where people are generally meaner towards eachother (largely based on politics), it's really nice to find that great customer service and friendly people still exist.

I went into this location for the first time and requested my usual order of a Bannana cream pie and was told they could not make it because it was a seasonal option. I was extremely disappointed as I am able to order it all year round at the Mequon location. When I shared this information with the barista she just stared at me and didn't even suggest something else to try. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with plenty of seating options both indoors (with perfect lighting) and outside (surrounded by charming vibes), they even have some free games/puzzles available to use. The customer service is consistently quick, friendly, and welcoming. This was my first visit at the Grafton location, but it was just as great as my experiences at the Wauwatosa spot.
