Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Grafton

I refuse to order from here EVER again. The manager whom also said he was the owner got really mad at me for calling to tell them they made my pizza incorrectly. He then got really arrogant and disrespectful. He really tried to make it seem like I was the one who ordered that, but I didn't... My receipt don't even have the toppings I ordered.... I know what I said! The receipt says I ordered a large cheese, white cheezy pizza... Does that make sense? He should have known right there. If that's the owner of Marco's like he said he was, I don't understand how they are still in business? Not only that, the last time we ordered, got there to get my pizza, and they tell me they gave it away to someone else, that we would have to wait for another one to be made. What?!?!?!?! Where do they do that at?!?!?!?!?! Good Luck asking for the...

I've been a Marco's regular for seven years. I've never had a complaint until last night. My pepperoni pizza was more than half soaked on the bottom with an unidentified, greasy liquid. Far too much to be explained by the pepperoni. It was nearly dripping with liquid and had a sharp, unusual taste.

I did request a refund for the first time ever but as a friendly regular of seven years, I went out of my way to be understanding and respectful about it. The guy I spoke to was unnecessarily rude in return. He used a cold tone of voice and said "You're complaining about that?" and "Whatever" during my call. When I told him sincerely to have a good night, he hung up without saying anything.

If not for the bad attitude, I would have let this go without a review but after being treated that way, not a chance. I'm done with...

Great pizza at an affordable price. Service is fast. This store prides itself on doing best for it's customers. They will go out of their way to ensure you are satisfied. Owner is frequently working and greets all of his regulars as they enter. For fast pizza, you cannot beat Marco's! Sauce is well balanced, more toward spices than sweet for sure. Cheese is great, melts nicely & pulls like it should when it is still warm! Pepperoni is always flavorful & slightly greasy as it should be. Toppings are fresh! I mean how can you ding a place that preps all of their own ingredients... they make fresh dough that needs to rise and then is hand rolled; veggies are chopped every morning. The only thing I can think of that come pre-cut...
