Luigi's Pizza — Restaurant in Graham

If I can give less than a star, I would! My fiancé usually goes in person and always said, "the vibe was not there, I feel that they're racist!" I didn't believe him, until today!

Their phone was busy for about 25 minutes... When I finally got through, I placed an order for pickup. An extra large pizza 🍕, and an order of plain wings. I requested to cook hard/ crispy.

But, when the order came home, it was a pizza with very little ground beef & undercooked,the crust was still light yellow underneath(asked for half extra cheese and half ground beef).

The wings were soggy with hot sauce, so my fiancé took them back (I asked for plain wings) Then when he returned, there were 8 wings instead of 10 (the 1st order was 10, what I orderd, not 8!

Now, maybe it works been different if they had a legitimate site to see their menus/ specials and such, but isn't!

I called them back and told them I ordered 10 not 8 wings!

So they asked me " what do I want them to do?" I said, "I want my money back, because I paid for 10 wings, not 8! They said, "bring the wings back!" So I did! At this point, I was livid and lost my appetite!

There were too many people in back that all were just standing around! Long story short? I NOT PATRONIZE THEM, EVER AGAIN! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO WITH WINGS THAT I'VE ALREADY HAD AT HOME, BUT THEIR THEM AWAY! IF THAT ISN'T PETTY, I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS!!!

We starting eating here in May after working at the weekly FFIG Farmers Market held on Wednesdays. We eat here every Wednesday after market. After setup, working in the heat and some storms, its woonderful to sit down to a nice, warm meal that is just right across the street. I tried the chicken philly which is on a different kind of bun than what I was use to but it was yummy as well as the fries. I have also had the salad bar at each visit and it is truly wonderful and you only get one trip to the bar. The pizza is very very good. I've had the pasta as well and that sauce is spicy hot but good. My huband and sister have joined me here. On the first visit, you had to wait to be seated and there was only one wait person but wait wasn't too long. Each visit thereafter waiting has been a bit shorter but still only one wait person. Luigis used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Like most other places they have had a recent increase in prices but that was not unexpected. Today my mother and I each ordered the Sunday pizza special (2 slices) which comes with salad. We put our salad dressing (2 each) in the little plastic containers instead of directly on the lettuce. When I went to pay for our meal, I discovered they charged .50 extra for each salad dressing😡 I asked the cashier about the extra charge and he said they only allow one salad dressing, additional ones are $.50 each. Really?! So if we would’ve poured the dressing directly onto our salads we could have avoided the extra charge(and probably used more) Come on Luigis, this is not good customer service. I understand that the extra charge was not a large amount but it’s the principle of the matter! I will I have to think long and hard before I decide to dine...
