Casey's — Restaurant in Grain Valley

One of the worst Casey's I've ever visited. The cashier, a brown/hispanic woman with large buck teeth, thick rimmed glasses, and gaudy sterling ear rings with a clear faded petina, was finally able to ring up my order 5 minutes after struggling to figure out how the register worked, along side the older white woman with long, greyed ponytailed hair who was experiencing the same issues with being able to properly operate the register as well. I had gone to purchase 3(three) red bull energy drinks, which under a promotional advertisement within the store showed that they were available for a $8USD (Eight United States American Dollars). When I informed the cashier of this, she scoffed and said "well this is what the computer says". I paid much more than the advertised price and I have contacted the Better Business Bureau with the proof of in store advertising as well as my charged receipt. In the meantime; I will not he spending any more of my money at this, or any Casey's location...

We order pizza from Casey’s every Friday. I frequently pre-order for a select time so that it will be ready for pickup after work (today I ordered at 12:15 for a 6:15PM pickup, which took an additional 15 minutes past that time). My order is nearly always wrong or missing things - or I have to wait from 10-45 minutes. Today I stood and waited while the two kids running the pizza area talked and shot the breeze about their schedules and frustrations. I am an exceedingly patient person and am never anything but gracious and understanding - and I’d go to another store if I didn’t live so close to this one - but perhaps it’s time for some oversight of a team that isn’t struggling to keep up because they’re overwhelmed or under-staffed, but that needs some real guidance...

We had a positive experience with our pizza order tonight. We ordered on line and paid on line. I parked in the back of the store and walked straight to the pizza pick up window inside. Our pizzas were promised at 5:54 PM. When I walked up to the counter she was cutting the second one of our pizzas. I was handed our order at 6:03. I didn’t really mind because I allowed a few minutes for it to be late and it ended up perfect timing. The pizzas were both good. Nice store. Great location. Convenient to I-70....
