Boba Bliss — Restaurant in Granbury

This place is a gem! The highlight and star of the show for us is their Korean shaved ice, Bingsu, which is milk based and delicious! It’s light and refreshing and they make a legit Bingsu here! Not like some places that serve it icy, like a snow cone, which is not how Bingsu is done. This is the best we’ve had in the DFW area! We got the mango Bingsu which comes with fresh mangoes and a cup was large enough to share for an adult and 2 kids. We also got the original milk tea boba and Korean coffee. Both were great. Boba is soft, chewy, and tasty. Coffee is nice and strong with a great roast flavor. But seriously get the Bingsu. They make it super well here and I wished there they would open a store in Frisco! I LOVE IT! people were sooooooooo sweet. Me and 3 other people I was with came in before the grand opening and they still served us. Even let us try to little fish cakes! They were so kind and welcoming boba was delicious. (And trust me, my fiancé and I are boba lovers) we’ve been on a hunt for GOOD and AUTHENTIC boba and I’m so happy they opened so close to us. We moved here recently and it seems like there are so many rude people but they are the kindest people I’ve met here. Not only were the drinks great but the people and atmosphere was too. I am a comercial over the road truck driver, and have been all over the USA and I would personally say this is THE BEST place in the country if you are looking for real Boba, the Taiyaki I got was sooo delicious (red bean taiyaki). The chai tea with Boba was out of this world, and so were the smoothies that I ordered. Truly a 1 of a kind place. I brought my wife and 2 kids along and they absolutely loved the snack and drinks, the owners were the most kind people I've ever met and truly care about the experiences of the customers at their shop.
