This location has some rude individuals hiding under a fake nice voice. Ordered with the mobile app because I was with co workers
They ordered their food at the speaker.(every coupon I've used via the app requires you to do it at the window and the employee wouldn't even let me finish the sentence before saying wait till the window on THAT occasion)
To limit confusion; I decided since I've been treated poorly for even mentioning I had an app coupon at the speaker to just tell them about the mobile order at the window. Reasonable to think they can hand me food I paid for from the window. NOPE.
She would NOT listen to me, told me she can't add things on. We asked if she actually insisted we drive back around to the speaker she replied "if you want"...
"If you want"???????? I'm trying to figure out how to pick my order up what the heck do you mean if I want?
So I proceed to go inside the store to be told I had to wait for all inside customers to be helped first. It is LUNCH TIME customers don't stop coming in and I'm sitting there for THIRTY MINUTES to get food I already paid for while my co workers food gets cold. This is ridiculous. Are your employees so adverse to using the app that they are willing to IGNORE customers in line who tried to make it easier for them?.
I've never had a problem with any other food place near here and only because the cooks are good will I return to this abusive relationship with staff that really don't care that you spent...
Read moreWe eat a fair bit of fast food in my family as our schedule has us out and about regularly. My wife and I and our two boys usually spend $20 to $30 per family meal. This is the only time I can remember in the past 20 years driving away from a restaurant because the attendant was so rude.
Basically, they had a piece of printer paper taped on the intercom where you order that noted that customers were not able to make a digital payment. Because I did not have any cash, I simply asked if they were able to accept a credit card, even though they were not able to accept Google or Apple pay. Instead of simply saying yes, the attendant basically, condescendingly, accused me of not being able to read, and refused to answer the question. She insisted on reciting the sign back to me in insulting tones, word for word. After her initial condescending answer, I told her I assumed that that meant yes they accept credit card. Again, she refused to answer only to make her tones more harsh and more disrespectful. At that point I drove next door to Burger King.
She may have just been having a bad day, and it may not be a reflection on the restaurant as a whole, but as I am one to go to a manager to give a compliment for standout service, I I felt I should communicate to the manager that I was disappointed in how I was treated. I tried to call the restaurant, but no one answered. I let it ring about 50 times. No answer.

Read moreVery disappointed with this location. It seems like every time I go there you always have to pull forward and wait for your drive thru order. Especially if you order chicken tenders. On a few occasions I've actually said forget it and just drive off without even asking for a refund. This happened again last night and when I asked how long it would be, I was told 4 minutes. I was with my wife and son and not in a rush to get anywhere so I pulled forward and waited patiently. After 10 minutes I got out of the car and walked inside. The (4) employees were all standing in front of the fryers talking. After waiting a few minutes the employee working the drive thru left the conversation he was in and asked if he could help me. When I explained that I was waiting for my tenders from the drive thru he stated "my bad, I forgot about your order." He then began to box up the tenders from the warming bin and slowly prepared the rest of my order. When he finally handed me my food he didn't say a word and just walked away. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and engagement at this location. The only reason I left two stars instead of one is because there is a woman who normally works the drive thru on afternoons that is super friendly with great customer service skills but she's the only employee I've ever encountered...
