Horrible management skills Fantasia

I drove up to the menu board the automated greeting voice came on then nothing. I said Hello several times no answer. I drove up to the 1st window noone there. I drove to the second window and explained what happened and the young girl got the manager, Fantasia, to ring my order, I paid, I was told to pull up in a spot they'd bring the order my change and my receipt. I waited between 5-7 minutes and the girl brought the order but only partial, when I asked about the order that was missing she asked what was it, I told her then she asked for my receipt. I wasn't given one. She leaves and Fantasia comes to my window hands me my receipt and change and rudely says I hadn't ordered what I was missing. I said, I told the young girl what I wanted, maybe she didn't repeat it properly. She said well you didn't pay for it, ok I hadn't intended not to pay for it. I was gonna tell her I wanted to order it and pay for it but since she came at me with attitude I told her nevermind she walked away abruptly so I decided to ask her name and she ignored me so I backed up my car and yelled out excuse me mame and she said it was Fantasia and she was the manager. 🤦‍♀️ My How times have changed. 1- WHAT HAPPENED TO RESPECT FOR OTHERS! 2- POOR MANAGERIAL SKILLS AND LACK OF MORALS! 3-POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS BAD FOR BUSINESS! Their old crew use to be bomb. But this new crew lately has been screwing up orders very badly. Cashier was struggling to handle both of the order lanes and tried to charge me for someone else's order even after I told her what my order was.

Lady who handed orders looked in my bag to make sure it was my order after I told her the amount of quantity I had, so shame on me I assumed I had everything there. Damn well enough I was missing something when I only ordered 4 small things.

Make sure you guys check your bags before you leave the window! They will forget something!

The WORST McDonald's I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Every single time I have gone they mess something up. I once ordered 2 sandwiches and a kid's meal. Got asked to pull up and wait. They brought me the food and walked away. Mind you, you cannot enter the facility due to COVID. So I'm missing my happy meal. I had to go through the line again. Get to window and the manager says, "I asked you if you had all your food." No you didn't. You're gonna lie to my face and then call me a liar? And that's just the tip of the iceberg on the Titanic's worth of issues this place has. It's the closest to my house and I'll still go out of my way to go to another, any other, McDonald's. 0/10 will not...
