If I could give negative stars, I would!
Last week we placed an online order, only for the store to call ten minutes later to say they ran out of dough to make pizza. It wasn’t late, but ok…so we had to cancel the order.
Tonight we decided to try again. Again, we ordered online, we’re given a 45ish min wait time. We waited, and waited, and waited. I understand that the time quoted is an estimate, so I waited until an hour and 15 minutes after I placed the order to call. The call doesn’t go to the store, it goes to a corporate call center. The first person said they would transfer me to a supervisor…and it hung up on me. The second person lied to me and said the app said it was on its way…but it wasn’t because I checked the app while I was on the phone with them and it hadn’t changed. The third time, I again was ‘transferred’ to a supervisor and was left in silence for 5 min before I hung up. The forth time, they transferred me to the store and THEY picked up the phone and hung up on me! The FIFTH time I called, they said the store was behind but the status just changed and it was being delivered. When I checked the app, the status had actually changed. We waited 15 min (we live two stoplights and a few blocks away from the store…definitely does not take 15 min to get to my house from there), and still no food. Then we got a call from the store…finally…to say sorry the pizza was late (almost TWO hours at this point) and they only had one...
Read moreI literally placed an order that was at 7:54 pm, and I am yet to receive it at 9:11 pm. I understand that they have other clients before me and that not all orders are going to get here on time but this is not the first time that this is happened. I also understand that being busy may affect when I get my order. However, I do believe that if I call over three times I should at least get a response. OK so update, like I said, I ordered the pizza at 7:54 PM and I’m not receiving until now, at 9:37 PM. I called corporate five times and the fourth time the lady told me that if I had waited 15 more minutes it would be free. So then I called again the pizza guy said that it wasn’t free. I went to go pick the pizza up from the front door and the guy had told me that they wouldn’t be able to give me the pizza for free. He called his manager and told us that corporate did not contact him. And I called corporate for the 5th time, and as soon as I told them, my number they hung up on me. It’s rude, it’s disgusting, and I finally get why people say Pizza Hut is actual trash. Save your money and hide your kids. Stick with...

I recently ordered, against my better judgement, from this store (the one on 32nd doesn't deliver to where I work). My pizza had NO sauce on it. When I called, the phone was picked up at the call center. They offered to send a new pizza (this was our lunch, no time to wait for another) so i asked for & was told there will be a store credit. I just called to use that store credit & there is none on file WTH! This was going to be lunch. Now my options are to either order from Papa John's (At least they get it right) or go out in the pouring rain to eat. I was told I could call & talk to the manager at 4-just doesn't do much for my lunch. I told her thanks, but no thanks-I will just NEVER order from this store again-she hung up- no apology, nothing indicating they might be at least a little bit sorry. . Oh, & she did contact the call center-same story, no store credit on file. Even in the most desperate of times do not, I repeat, do not ever order...
