This has got to be the worst Burger King location I've ever been to. We go here quite a bit because my son loves the food, but after tonight we won't be going back. We ordered food in the drive through, nothing crazy, a meal for each of the three of us. The person taking our order was very short with us and just rude in general. When we got to the window, he lazily opens it and tells us the total. In the mean time my wife had forgot to ask for sauces earlier so I started to ask for the condiments we needed. He looks away, slams the door shut and walks away. After sitting there in shock for much longer than we expected, another worker comes and gets our sauces, which we gladly paid for, and gives us the food. We told him that his coworker was rude and he appologizes. Like good Americans we went and started eating our food in the parking lot. I look back in the mirror and see the disgruntled worker approching our car. I locked the doors and when he got about ten feet away he stopped, smoked a cigarette and started stairing at us. We drove off before things escalated but I'm guessing he wasn't coming to ask us how our food was. Overall, like everyone else says this place is terrible. The food is fine but really, how can you mess that up. Most of the staff...
Read moreThis is a good place to go or meet up with friends before game is located within walking distance of the high school in East Grand Forks where most of the games are held. It is also across from holiday gas station. There is a drive-through and the kids PlayStation or they can hop around and have fun it’s in a separate area from the rest of the restaurant in case there are people who do not want to be bothered by kids having fun. They provide newspapers to read the tables are usually clean. One thing I do find not good is that it’s hard for someone in a wheelchair to get in the door it’s also hard for people who are in a wheelchair to reach up and get their drinks unless they really whack it but there’s no guarantee. So, as far as Independence if you are in a wheelchair you kind a need to ask for help if you want to get your drink let alone get in the door. Please somebody do something about this I have friends in wheelchairs and I would like them to be able to eat like us. Despite this issue, this happens to be one of my friends favorite places to eat because they have Sprite zero and the food is good and...
Read moreThis location needs to close. For years it has been an epic disappointment. My wife was craving Burger King for Mother's day (strange I know), so we placed an order ahead on the app so there is no reason anything should have been wrong.
All our kids meals were missing the cookie (it asked if we wanted a toy or cookie with each kid meal and we selected cookie). All the kids nuggets were dried up shriveled rocks that they couldn't get through because they were so hard.
All of the fries in all the meals were inedible because they were so hard, cold, and dried up that they could not be eaten.
I ordered halvies (half fries and half onion rings), but got all fries.
The whole restaurant had only 2 employees in the whole building who were NOT able to keep up with anything.
We continue to give this location a chance, but will officially not be trying again. Beyond disappointed. Will not ever be back unless something...
