Wendy's — Restaurant in Grand Island

I gave it three stars as at this location it was below my expectations for Wendy's. First was it looked un kept. The dining room was dirty, tables, floors.. in fact the whole place appeared to need a good cleaning. The girl at the cash register was nice but noticed she made mistakes on almost every order, and I saw numerous orders as I waited for about 20 minutes for my order. Don't know what the problem was as numerous orders after mine were completed. A worker asked where they were and she mentioned the salad that I ordered he said he would go make it...he came back with in a couple of minutes.. must have already been made..I looked all over to see a sanitary grade but didn't find one? Don't like to give below expectations ratings but hopefully it will encourage the manager to put forth some cleaning efforts. I am passing through from out of state so it won't matter to me but it would be nice for those that...

I had driven all day and was craving a steak, the steakhouse was so packed I couldn't get in the door. So I chose to hit Windys on the way back to the interstate. The service was extremely slow, I pulled up to order and was apparently told to wait. After watching the line pull forward a few car lengths I had completely forgotten my conversation with the voice on the speaker. and asked if I could order yet and was met with a huffy Please WAIT YOUR TURN SIR. I'm like literally one car left in front of me if you don't take my order, when do plan to make my food? Were EXTREMELY Busy today. It sounds like the staff was poorly trained. I spent at least 30-40 minutes waiting and due to the design of the drive through I was stuck in line in a way I couldn't leave if...

On it's website it state's it is open until 12am. This is also stated on the drive you window and doors. However they are seldom open past 10. Often times they shut off the order board to look as if they are closed for the night. I've also been through the drive through before and it was 10pm. There were 3 other cars behind us. After they got that last order in I heard an employee say " that's it, we are closed now. That night they were also to be open until 12am. Don't waist your time on rude staff and false advertising. I suggest that Wendy's either change the open hours on all advertising if they do not intend on staying...
