This Chick-fil-A has truly went down. Itâs almost impossible to get in line then there is a wait because of the makeshift two-line drive through. The workers donât care enough to get your order right. I ordered a chicken noodle soup only for the next worker to come and ask if I wanted something else because they no longer carried chicken tortilla soup. If a little effort was put into listening to the customer instead of just rushing them through that could of all been avoided. After finally reaching the front of the line I was handed drinks and sauces and told to park because they didnât have any nuggets ready. I mean a 15 minute wait in line alone one would think a chicken nugget establishment would have chicken nuggets ready. I expressed to the worker asking me to park how much of a nightmare it was to park then try to get out of their parking lot. He agreed and said sorry. I parked and waited some more for someone to finally bring me my food. I ordered 3 kids meals only to get home to find out no one bothered to even put nuggets in my kids meal. So I waited for what at this point? I called and Maggie answered I gave her my exact order and total and had to wait yet again for to I guess eventually find it and to be told I could come back and get it. Great trying to feed 3 kids at 8:30pm I have to get back out? I declined and she just said okay well next time you come weâll get you another one. I think more should be done. Iâm literally going hungry tonight because I gave my kid my food. I have drastically reduced our visits to this location because it seems like every other time itâs another issue. I explained to Maggie if there wasnât so much laughing and giggling in the back maybe they could get a food order right and she excused it to it being about something else. Itâs so sad that this location is close to home and my kids love it but I rather spend my money elsewhere because the chick fil a service every one knows and loves has left...
Read moreFood is great love chick fil a . However their employee I assume she was a manager says her name is Bree, I felt was very inappropriate . I brought my kids here for a quick dinner as i just got home from a trip and was to tired to cook. I let them eat and then play in the play area. We were at this location maybe a hour or so total. Multiple families in there multiple children running around playing being loud running back and forth from the lobby to the play area as that is what kids do and this is a kid friendly place. I was sitting in a booth in front of the play area window where i could see my children and they could see me. I told/ motioned my kids lets go through the window. They came out my daughter was putting her shoes on and finishing her drink my 2 year old son begins to sing. All of a sudden i here âMAAM MAAAM MAAAMâ i turn and Bree comes to me and says â you can not let your kids yell in hereâ I politely say âok we are leaving nowâ my son begins to sing again i tell him to be quiet because apparently in this restaurant we are not allowed to talk. I told my daughter to throw our trash away i see bree starring at us i ask her her name thats when she told me and i told her to have a good night, and we left.
I am not one to play the race card or victim however it was very embarrassing to have someone scream across a restaurant to get my attention to tell me that my son cannot yell in the same restaurant she just yelled in and the fact that there were other children loud running around banging on the windows and nothing was said to them yet me as the only black family in there i was told something loudly in-front of the whole restaurant when my son decided to sing . Totally inappropriate and from what i know of the chick fil a brand that is not how they treat their customers. Very...
Read moreFor several years now I would purchase 40-60 sandwiches and/or chicken biscuits on Saturday's for our sports league. We ask for no discount nor do we receive one. This season they have decided to charge for the sauce on this order. If I order one sandwich I can get a "complimentary" sauce but if I order 60, I have to pay for the sauces. They are not expensive but when asked why, I'm told you have to pay for sauces on "catering." What are you catering? I'm actually buying more which makes you more money than if I only buy one sandwich. This short-sighted business practice is very disturbing and not consistent with what I thought your mission was about. Last week I ordered the sauce and I was charged as expected on the receipt. Unfortunately I was shorted 3 sandwiches. (They remembered to charge for the sauce, but forgot to count the sandwiches). After I get my 63 sandwiches tomorrow, (they graciously added back the 3 I ordered, paid for, and was shorted from last week at no charge -Thanks) I will go to another location owned by a...
