I came to this place around 2:30 pm and I guess the lunch rush was over since it wasn't many people there. The environment was real nice and clean. Now for the food, I ordered the quesabirria plate with rice and beans with consome dipping. I also ordered two tamales and it came with sauces, one was green and the other was a darker sauce.. it came out to be around $15...it was reasonable for the price I paid. I had it to go. So I drove 15 min to the crib before I got to eat it and let me just say, it was still friggin Tasty šŸ˜‹ despite the 15 minute wait before eating. Everything about it just seemed fresh made like it just came out of the kitchen and brought to my table as if I was to dine in.... The quesabirria was really good, the meat was tender and it had cheese. Even the white Onion and the green stuff was fresh which I like because other places seems like it's old ingredients, this one was fresh. The rice and beans tasted great also. The tamales is probably one of the best ones I've had in a long time. So shout out to the food preparer and the kitchen cook. They did a great job. A lot of times they never get credit... Also the shorter girl that helped me take my order was really pleasant. I was very demanding because I asked for water, and then I asked for lemon and she answered some of my questions. She didn't give me any attitude whatsoever.. she was great.....Overall I'm definitely coming back and 100% would RECOMMEND THIS...

Wow, neither my wife or I cannot remember a better tasting meal we've had at a Mexican restaurant than the one we just had here! It was so delicious we both purchased a second round of each of our meals to take home for tomorrow. And we're already thinking of friends we want to bring here.

The atmosphere is so pleasant. It has the character of a family run business with lots of personality and care, with a lot of options for places to sit and nice amount of space between parties. The server was so friendly and personable. The prices were so low/fair I'm not sure you could get a meal at a fast food restaurant for the same price. And the food was so fresh and delicious!

My wife got the mole, and not only was the sauce good as expected, but we couldn't believe how delicious and fresh the chicken tasted. I had the enchilada platter with 4 different enchiladas (several of which I've never seen on menus before). They did not disappoint!!

What other place serves chips with 3 homemade salsas? One of their salsas is so good we think they could bottle it and sell it.

The food here is better than restaurants that are 2 to 3 times more expensive. This is our new Mexican restaurant...totally worth the drive from...

They LIEā€¼ļø about their prices on their menu and I do not like honest people. They should communicate that with every single person that comes in ā€œThis is our menu but our prices are not accurate and there is a price increase on every item, our new menu prices are on the wayā€. Instead of allowing the customers to find out at checkout, they have a summary apology at the register written on paper, and all I got was ā€œour prices are fairly affordable than other places, it’s not much of an increase, we never have had people complain about itā€ no apology. If no one complained why have a written summary at checkout, all I’m saying is be honest and upfront with every customer, I thankfully can afford the price increase but other people cannot during these times and that’s deceiving every person that comes in. Just be honest and transparent and good communication skills go a long way as a business.

Food was mid

For 2 persons: Menu price Breakfast Burrito: $7.99 They charge: $10.99 ($3 more)

Menu price Taco Plate: $9.49 They charge: $10.49 ($1 more)

Menu Coffee Price: $2.19 They charge: $3.00 ($0.81 more)

This place just opened 2 weeks ago. It's a mom and pop shop or family owned. The decor is nice. Tables at two levels...regular and bar height. The sell some deli items. Nopales..tamales.. Texas size gorditas with your choice of meat. Can and bottle drinks though. The girls are super nice and sweet. We ordered the 3 taco plate which come with rice and bean...which were very good and the enchilada plate. The enchiladas are Mexican style. With queso fresco.. not tex-mex and there are 5 on the plate with rice and beans and salad with sour cream on top . They give you chips and salsa. The tortas are the size of a dinner plate... I saw someone order one and they looked really big. We will definitely go back.

BEWARE!!! Check your food before you begin eating! After being sat upon arrival, we were pleased with the no wait time however, after an hour and 15 minutes of waiting for our food, I had to get up and track down our waitress to ask what happened with our food. Long story short they forgot to place our order 10 minutes later our food comes out lukewarm and as my daughter begins to eat her tamales. We noticed her tamales were old, cold and moldy! SEE PHOTO BELOW! When I brought it to the ladies’s attention at checkout, she simply said that they were super busy and dismissed my complaint! Sadly, we will never be returning! Instead, we will be reporting this to the Texas food, health and safety department!
