Reason for not receiving 5 stars is that on first order 7/27/19, I ordered the mixer (8 PC chicken, 16 tenders, 3 large family sides, 8 rolls, gravy or sauce) and extra order of half dozen yeast rolls. The girl taking orders kept ringing me for a junior mixer and kept asking what 2 sides I wanted. I told her it was 3 sides and the screen went blank, no response, so I had to say hello. Then she got the shift manager to come and take the order. Upon getting my order I only had 5 pieces of chicken,13 tenders and not all looked like tenders and my extra order of rolls were missing. My receipt didn't have a survey code on it. Had to pull back around and show them the food. Then the manager came saying here is 4 extra rolls for free for the inconvenience. Really?! So I had to go to the website and send in negative feedback. At which point the GM Chris called and apologized for the mess up and offered a meal replacement for our troubles. We went 7/29/19 and picked up the meal replacement and this time it was done correctly by a different shift manager. Kudos for the GM stepping up and making it right and not making excuses for his staff that night in...

They refused! The manager said because I placed it online even though I placed it as a guest not through the app they could not refund me my money. They kept the order, but I have sent multiple emails to corporate! No one has responded because thereās no way to request your money online like the manager with red hair stated. This location is notorious for having incomplete orders and they will make you wait twice as long to get the rest of your order cause theyāre more worried about the people in line.
