Pearl Top Chinese Restaurant / Carrier Chicken & Seafood — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

The food we ordered (2 sesame chicken specials, 2 sweet and sour chicken specials, and 2 orders of spring rolls) came and it was all awful. I can't even eat more than 1 bite of each and I'm nausea's from the taste. Plus much of it seemed undercooked, and there was tons of fat and grissle in the sesame chickens. I've never ever ever seen anyone mess up spring rolls, but even those were pure oily goo inside, no real taste. My wife and kids didn't even like their food. That little bit of food ended up costing me $60. That's an insanely high price for sub par, inedible food. We WILL NOT be returning.

REPLY TO RESPONSE: We did order a lot of food as stated in my review above. AND we did receive a refund due to the quality of our food. HOWEVER, we did not lie in any form or fashion. My wife and kids are all sick today and most of last night, since they tried to eat theirs through the bad taste. I am not since I ended up vomiting all of it up immediately. I hope GrubHub pulls all business from this restaurant and hopefully prevents other families from getting poisoned.

The first time I ordered a delivery from here i didn't know everything they had on the menu but I figured they had the regular Chinese food white rice side of fried rice and full order of orange chicken it the woman kept on trying to hang up on me said call back when I know what I'm talking about was beinf very rude said I am taking to long cause I had questions then when I got the food it not only took forever the rice was bird seed ( the white rice) meaning it was hard and didn't add enough water and the orange chicken wasn't good and had slit of fat some pieces not cooked al the way the fried rice was very bland I called about the order being messed up she just got rude with me again and kept saying no your wrong my food is good I cooked this I know it's good then I decided to try something new the next time I ordered I for fried shrimp with fries and a dinner size chicken fried rice I got food poisoning after I was done eating my shrimp I started to feel sick later on that night I was throwing up and the chicken in the fried rice was just fat the only thing from that order was the fries if I could give this restaurant a negative rating I would I will never...

Food is fresh and delicious. Their cooking style is more on the healthy organic side. Dishes are not the traditional Americanized sauce-dependent type. I really love the food here; it's great. Come here to eat and ignore everyone giving negative reviews for customer service. The woman in the counter is doing her job, she's probably stressed, so excuse her if she doesn't greet you with confetti and motherly hugs. Most negative reviews are for "her attitude" or because they don't deliver. People need to get over themselves. I love this place. They have drive thru, but I think it's more polite and respectful to get out of your car and go inside to order. The food...
