I was there today and was in the order line. The lady that was there started preparing my order. As I went down the line I told her that I wanted green chile but she managed to give me a large scope of red chile in my bowl. I told her that I wanted green. She tells me no you said red, even though I said green. In any case she was confused on what to do next and another employee came who was cleaning another area of the restaurant. She grabbed a napkin and was going to scope out the red chili sauce from the bowl. I told her that it had gone all over the bowl and if she could please make me another one with the right sauce. They both look confused but after telling them twice that I wanted a new bowl they made me one. The issue here is that they were going to scope out the red sauce with a napkin and did not think twice that there was anything wrong with that. I called the manager, whose name was Ron and he managed to tell me that I should of said something when I was there. I told him since they made me a new bowl, I just wanted to leave After thinking about it I wanted to bring it up to their attention. I told him that its unsanitary and disgusting to think you can scope out a large portion of red sauce with with a napkin and serve it to a customer. He was standoffish and didn't think there was a problem with that. I have opened a case with Chipotle but I doubt they even care. I will be putting in a complaint with the Texas Health department of Public Services. That was pretty disgusting that their employees would think that is okay. On another note, I have seen this done with burritos when they have issues with the tortillas...
Read moreMy experience here to say the lease was very upsetting and humiliating. Both times as a customer I felt that I was treated differently, when I asked to speak to manager it happen to be the same guy who had overlooked me previously. When I explain to him my experience both times and how he was one of the employees that overlooked me. He continue to argue and to say “that wasn’t me” and I said it was you because you were in embarrassed. He then proceeded to say “I wouldn’t be embarrassed about something like that” this became a back forth dialogue when in this moment as customer that felt mistreat I’m simply looking for an apology to change my thought on the location NOT ONCE DID HE APOLOGIZE in fact when I said that he said I don’t have to apologize, I then asked what’s your name he said “I don’t have to give you my name and walked away. “If I was acting in a way that warrant this treatment he could’ve told me to leave but he didn’t he was very rude and made me feel humiliated. I did not leave until I got his name. He FORCE his employee to handle the situation where they felt uncomfortable.
All this happen while they made faces with other customers when all that needed to be done was an apology for the treatment.
Not once did manger come back , in fact he told “I don’t have time to deal with this tonight “
I’m a paying customers and he allowed his personal feeling to influence the way he treated me and handle the situation. I feel as if this manger is prejudice and put me very uncomfortable position as a customer. In this moment all I want is an apology.

My $30 order was incorrect. I received a veggie bowl in place of a veggie salad. Mistakes happen. I was prepared to add my own salad mix to fix the issue. The biggest problem is that our bowl and 2 burritos were ICE COLD. The bowl and both burritos felt as if they were prepared with food straight out of the refrigerator... cold.
The order was still being prepared when I arrived, which was no problem at all, so the cold food isn’t because it sat out on the shelf too long. I had a 5 minute drive to my destination ( usually I drive 20 minutes home with food from Mansfield location and have not had cold food), so that wasn’t the problem.
I don’t give poor reviews on public forums because I believe that everyone is doing their very best every day. However, someone intentionally filled my order with ICE cold food. I took 2 bites of my bowl (supposed to be a salad), just hoping the first bite was just salsa, but no, the rice and black beans were ice cold. The 2 burritos were 1/2 eaten by 2 teenaged boys ( who usually eat the entire burrito and chips and guacamole) because food straight from the refrigerator does not taste good.
I called the restaurant at Carrier Parkway in Grand Prairie. I was kept on hold for 20 minutes after briefly and kindly sharing the experience with an employee, before the manager hung up on me.
