As an athlete I rarely have The occasion for a dining experience😞 today was one of those awesome afternoons where I have a little bit of time to myself! So I decided to try Panera bread for the very first time in my life Yayy me ha-ha😂 anyhow as being a first time customer I had no idea what was going on so naturally I asked the cash register lady if she could help me out Well🤷🏼♂️ I didn’t really get any good feedback or suggestions I just kind of picked the first item that I glanced at which was a Cuban sandwich Mmm yummy so I ordered a half sandwich thinking maybe that will cure my hungry. But then me being me I asked the girl at the counter how big the half was and she said it was pretty small so I ordered a full sandwich or whole whatever floats your boat 😂 anyways I placed an order and paid waiting for my sandwich to get to me which I was about to snap and put on my Instagram of course 📸 But when I got my my order I was sad to learn that they didn’t give me what I paid for yikes! A That moment I was a little pressed so I explained to the gentleman that this is not what I ordered now the full sandwich is what I ordered and he proceeded to argue with me a little to which I replied I have no time to argue if you don’t want to give me my sandwich I would just get up and leave my surprise he didn’t care he watch me get up walk right out the door after paying $10 and some change no one was try to resolve the issue I called the manager she was a little busy and a little nice about it but I’m not gonna return to Panera bread ever again they can keep my money🤦🏽♂️ First impressions last I settled for McDonald’s drive-through which was unhealthy but they didn’t get my...

I have been going to Panera bread for years!!!!!! Recently moved to Texas and this was a great location until today. (I’m not making stuff off ) I walked In looked at the bakery and the young lady that was behind the counter named dandra(excuse the spelling) look as if she didn’t want to be at work as she was getting the older couples order so I decided let me do the rapid order. Did that then went to have a seat... after waiting for 5 mins I approached the rapid area and the young lady dandra was placing about to place the bag on the shelf after seeing me she said Uhm is this your order? I responded and said yes (because my name was on the only one on the board) got back to my seat to see this wasn’t my order. I saw dandra walking away so I simply said this isn’t my order. Hand it to her and walk back the the rapid order area. Read moreHorrible experience! I put in an order for my dental office the night before. The order was made on the Panera Bread website. The order was scheduled to be delivered between 8 and 8:15am then next day.
The next morning 8:30am came and the order had not arrived. I called the Grand Prairie store where I placed the order. An employee answered and I explained that I placed an order the night before for my office and it had not arrived. She stated that she did not have the order on her board. She put me on hold to check. I gave her an order number. She stated that they do not have retail drivers to deliver so they use Door Dash. She put me on hold again to speak to a manager.
The manager got on the phone and proceed to tell me that the order is ready, but the Door Dasher completed the order without picking it up. So the order was just sitting there. She stated that she could cancel the order and I could reorder the order. I said no that was too much. I told her I could send someone to pick the order up, because it was for a meeting.
I asked her if we could be compensated for the inconvenience. I am thinking she was going to say yes we can give you some free coffee or cream cheese or something. She said No! Maybe you can call Door Dash and they can compensate you. WHAT! I order through Panera Bread not Door Dash. SMH.... I said no and hung up.
My coworker picked up the order. We order 18 bagels and 1 cream cheese and 1 hazel nut cream cheese. The bagels were thrown in a plastic bag, old, and hard. For 18 bagels they gave us 2 small cups of cream cheese. SMH... My office will not be ordering from this...
