Target — Local services in Grand Prairie

Love this Target! Super clean! I have been shopping here for two years and love their selection...I've never had anything but great responses from the employees at this Target..super helpful, nice, and anything you need to know regarding what's available in store or not is accessible by downloading the target app or simply looking online...buy online for convenience if you have repeat items...it's well worth the effort...they have always taken my exchanges without question..great selection, great extended hours, great store! For those of you who don't understand why your child was "yelled" at..Could it be that they might have been in danger of breaking or damaging the toys? You don't actually believe the individual that told them to put the toys down would be fired, do you? I'm sure the individual was spoken to later, at an appropriate time, if he was crass with the children... point being, I've always been with my daughter, 4 years of age, when we look at toys and she knows better than to be rough with things (toys) that aren't hers. She always tells me if there is something she likes and we look together, since she was two years of age she has never been yelled at by anyone in the store for holding the toy and looking at it which leads me to believe that those who are playing with the toys as if they were at home, would be spoken to as they should. No problem at this location and if you choose not to purchase toys at this location you're not hurting or affecting Target ....actually just depriving yourself of a great store to do your shopping..a simple, "don't touch, that's not yours until we buy it" works for me and my four year old....if you want to play with the toy, supervise your child and you won't have a bit of doubt of whether they're being rough or inappropriate with the item..always worked for me...

Never had any bad experience with this target and was one of my fave store until today. This is two different incident connected to each other. Let me start with my story, I was unemployed but blessed to be approved to have WIC for my baby. For a person who have worked all the years of my life here in US I have never ever filed for any support at all before. Of course, being new to all this WIC thing I still tried it since the advisor I talked to told me it should work in target store. However, for some reason it didn’t work and crashed one of their register and the old lady tried to help me by calling her manager. I apologized for the trouble I’ve caused back then and just paid for it with my own money to move on. Then what coincidentally I’ve met the same person in the cashier today and same manager - cashier sarcastically told the manager that she needs another register open then they both looked at me. I didn’t mind it at first but then the manager proceed sarcastically telling me after my transaction that I donated something to him. It’s like him definitely trying to be rude! After a few months of struggle and now that I can stand again financially enjoying my day today - I’ve met these two awful people. Today, this target definitely left a huge mark on my heart and will never return! All I could say is that before y’all make fun of other people’s struggle look how ugly and awful you guys are first! Blessed y’all heart and I’ll definitely teach my kid to be more aware of people...

I am giving a 1 because there’s no place for a zero or below. I’ve had horrible experiences with this place before and so has my family including expired food items and spoiled food items in the aisles. My family has made complaints and with investigations the complaints have been proven right as we took photos from the aisles and sent them. They have not learned their lesson. We just bought a coffee urn as a gift and as the package was moving a lot we opened it. To our chagrin, it was a nearly repackaged damaged and dirty product. The urn was completely and dirtily stained (due to multiple usages), the middle spindle was missing, and the side needle was dirty with water lodged inside. No customer will be able to repackage it the way it was found in the store. The store did it again. I have initiated a complaint with Target corporate but a $60.00 product does not mean much to an entity like them. However, this store is to be avoided as they do not run it well. If the product was a used and returned one but cleaned, it was understandable. See the photos for yourselves. Also, this was bought just an hour ago so that no one can say we used the product.
