Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Grand Prairie

Have lived here locally for years, I’be been to this location multiple times and it used to be decent. This location is terrible. The pizza is mediocre, personally I feel this location uses different ingredients. I’ve been to plenty of cicis in the surrounding areas to taste the difference. THe salad bar Is basic and doesn’t offer much choices. Not sure if this is everywhere but this location uses plastic forks which I am not a fan off, you can’t even eat a salad properly with plastic. They no longer have the cups they used too now it’s plastic cups which is fine because I can take my drink to go. Tokens are used now instead of quarters for the games, which is a very cramped space. Customers have to pick up the plates they used and take them to the proper area like a jack in the box or McDonald’s. If I wanted to do that I would’ve just gone to the places I stated. I don’t know when this cicis went down the toilet but it’s not worth eating here anymore. Seems like the workers here don’t really work much here since the customer has to do everything. okay so I went to cicis on 5/25/24 which was yesterday, and I had the worst experience. Right as we walked in, we felt the hot air hit us real bad. As we walked in, a worker told us that the AC wasn’t working and when he said that to us, I felt his hot breath hit my face and it smelt like 10 cans of bounce that ahh. The lady at front near the register had a stank face on her but I think it was just because it was hot. The floors were wet, and greasy…and we had to watch our step. The food was alright, but some of the food was filled with this weird white substance under the cheese. The workers were even going outside because they couldn’t handle the HEAT!!! I still do not understand why they didn’t close for the day. Anyway, me and my family, who were there eating, had to use our drinks to cool us off!! My sister couldn’t handle it anymore and finally after 30 minutes she suggested that we should leave!! in the middle while I was still munching on my pepperoni pizza. I agreed and we left. Worst experience ever...

Extremely disappointed! I came in and placed a to go order and was told it would be about 15 minutes. I walked next door to family dollar and walked around while I waited, went back and sat for another 30 minutes or so. Finally recieved my pizza after I watched most employees be rude to other customers, and maybe rude isnt the word. They ignored customers, rolled their eyes, walked around like they had no desire to be there. After I got my pizzas I asked about my pasta bowl, I walked over to get pasta and there were no noodles. I sat there for a good 5 minutes before I had to flag someone down and ask if there were more noodles, she turned around ask the cooks then walked the other way, I had to say ma'am again to see what the answer was. I waited another 15 minutes for noodles alone. My entire visit was about an hour long. So frustrating and no one apologized. As of 5/3 nobody had contacted me after I was told to follow up with...
