Ive come here many times in 3yrs but the staff has changed and they don’t appreciate or want black money being spent here. Very unpleasant unprofessional customer experience.

I ask for a lime with my elote, it’s a eye roll & instead of handing it to me or putting in with the box of food she sat it on the counter🥲

I ask about the juices and smoothies, eye roll, no English & the machine is all of a sudden broken, wow.

I ask for tostada, it’s made with way too much stuff you can barely eat it.

I ask for cheese cake, they didn’t ask which flavor, just throws me chocolate, I wanted caramel.

Everything is delicious and yummy. Customer Service for the most part is friendly, smiles, and professional. Although sometimes there has been a few as if they don’t like their job. But the owner is very caring and loves feedback on how her customers are being assisted & treated. Service is as any other place, they try to satisfy all customers in a timely manner. I've been going here for years for the best smoothies in the metroplex and it saddens me to post this, I was told I was being upcharged for the mango, unless I get another fruit I said is pineapple okay she says yes I get to the register and I get a charge for both? I asked about the free drink when you spend $15 she says it's been changed to 16? My bill was $15.12 so I tipped $3 making it $ 18.14 she says I still don't qualify for the free fruit drink?
