This 5-star rating is for the Grand Prairie store. They were friendly and helpful and the store was clean and orderly. I found what I needed, and more!
Now, if you ask me about the store in Frisco, off Preston Rd, I'd like to give that one 1-star because of the messy store and the messy senior cashier who was in her feelings because I was right about an item I found online, but wasn't in the store. Fast forward 3-mins to me paying for my items when she stopped the actual cashier and questioned my $100 bill holding it up to the light, as if she had some kind of x-ray vision to spot counterfeit bills and telling the cashier, "you're not supposed to take those!" The actual cashier said, "I've been taking them...forever! And, no one's ever told me not to." I mean, if you're going to use this as a teachable moment...follow the actual procedure! But, no...she handed the bill back to the actual cashier who proceeded to give me my change. For the messy cashier..., there are more subtle ways of checking. There are markers that should be kept in the drawer that will indicate false currencies with a single stroke. On my way out, she had the nerve to sneer at me like I had done something wrong. Never will I...

So they send an employee to go find the price on the rack. That employee comes back with $2.99. I say, no way this item is for that much. And there is no $2.99 on the receipt. So, manager requests a video check. Whatever that means. After 5mins they determine price is $ 5.99. Which was on receipt. So, my issue is, why the discrepancy between shelf price employee came back with, and $5.99 I was charged. At the end, I was refunded...
