Great friendly staff BUT they can't get orders right. I am a regular daily customers with accessibility issues so I use drive thru or at times the mobile order so I dont have to wait in line. My orders are consistently not ready or wrong causing me to often wait twice as long defeating the purpose and causing me hardship. I recently had to start complaining and the best way I can describe the interaction was being "handled" and embarrassing. Brian wanted specific examples which I was able to give him three from just the past week. The embarrassing part was I was trying to be discreet but Brian talked loud and even called me by name loud enough to draw the eyes of the crowded seating area. Several employees have been standoffish to me since. Brian's solution included asking me to bear the responsibility of letting him know each time and adding an extra 5 minutes to my wait time. Thinking that through looks like me wasting time to do his job and getting cold food. Besides he's not always there. The very next day my order was wrong again. Not only they are out of the Trenta (30 oz) cup at the time I was going to use 150 stars to redeem, your card on Starbucks app would not work (for you to earn stars on the visit here). Their prices are more higher than the ones in Target. I was going to be fine with paying $5 for a Venti (not Trenta) drink and asked for less ice. The barista decided to leave 1-2 inch of empty space in the drink. That is also when the Barista have told me that she was supposed to Charge for NO/Little Ice (but she didn't- she leave 1-2 inch of space in the Venti Cup). Never have I ever- ever been to a Starbucks that charges for No/Little Ice, but I am glad she was able to cancel the order and refund me the money. Read moreThe service here was horrible! Took 25 minutes with no wait to have 2 drinks and 2 breakfast sandwiches made! ALLEN did not use his active listening skills when taking the order. He made the wrong sandwich. We went with enough time to get these items but since he was moving slow and acting as if he wasn’t interested in being at work. His I don’t care body movement and moving slow actions caused my 15 year old to be late for her shift which was not far away. If he was not interested in being at work he should have called in. It’s hard enough to get a job now days and it’s people wishing for work but meanwhile they are hiring people who are just there to be there. Smh Do better Allen.
