Went to pick up online order. The hispanic guy said their online order machine was down. Wouldn't accept me showing him the online receipt to make the single salad thay we ordered and paid for. Just said no couldnt make it. So just said ok and pulled away from his window and went online and requested a refund. No problem. Then rolled back around to reorder at the restaraunt drive through. Nobody else in line, It was raining hard and they have no cover over the order screen and nobody else in line so pulled back up to the cashier window where there is rain cover to reorder and pay there. He refused to take our order at the window where there was rain cover and said I had to go around to the order screen where there is no rain cover because someone else could be at the drive through order screen. I told him there is nobody at the order screen. He knew it and smirked and said too bad still have to go drop your window in the pooring rain storm where there's no cover and order from the order screen even though its taco buenos fault they did not have my order ready. There was noone else in line. So their system was messed up, they didn't have my order ready because their system was down. And they couldnt lift one finger to make it right and smirked and told me to go order at the order screen in the pouring rain. The customer service given was to go sit at the order screen in the rain and get drenched while trying to speak to a speaker in the loud storm for absolutely no reason because noone else was in line except to appease this losers employees ego. We go there all the time. Why would he treat us this way? This guy need to be fired. He did everything he could to kick back and not take orders and make us order in the rain because he knew noone wanted to try to order with no rain cover at the drive through menu. Total scumbag loser,...
Read moreVery awful experience. Ignored by staff for 6 minutes at counter, who had then already carelessly let a takeout customer's food order of $40 get stolen by an illegal DoorDash or Uber Eats driver.
I can tell a tone of bigotry in how I was very polite and considerate, yet brushed off quite rudely by the girl clerk, who was deadset on being unpleasant, yet kind to later customers who are a different ethnicity. I had also asked to purchase a drink and was ignored by her, instead getting a bottle of water from my truck.
Food (Wholatta beef) itself tasted mediocre, telling me I should know better than to be eating fast food of this variety anyhow. I am mostly put off by the rudeness of the female cashier and male manager, in not only how they dealt with me, but the other customer's food they carelessly gave away and refused to refund or make and witnessing their dismissive nature.
Disgusting atmosphere in how they then let us other customers be subject to police presence, from their inability to handle the stolen food situation more professionally.
Like that customer, I will never come here again and suggest many others do the same. My sympathies to the young lady customer who had her food stolen by a rogue "delivery driver". DoorDash and Uber do a poor job of weeding out illegal drivers, while the restaurant employees are then too selective with soundly verifying takeout orders, based on their own biased discretionary prejudices and enable thieves to...
Read moreI just came here after a 10 hour shift at work only to have a girl ring up my order with the worst attitude. She has light pink hair and glasses. Worst customer service. I tried to pay with a $50 bill even though my order totaled out to $30 and it was day time. She grabbed my money and rolled her eyes and asked her manager if it was okay if I pay with a $50 bill. She gave me my change and when I said thank u she rolled her eyes and said nothing to me. As I was sitting down to eat my meal I could hear her telling customers that they shouldn't eat there because the meat is bad for u. The family of 4 asked for the manager to inquire about why she would say that to them and the manager explained that the pink hair woman was on medication. The family left the store without ordering food.On my way out the store I overheard her tell another customer that was asking her opinon on the food, she told them I don't know about the food, I don't eat here. The lady walked right out after me. Avoid this location. The food was good but you could tell the ingredients weren't as fresh as they used to be. My party burrito tasted tainted. It felt like she sabotaged it with something spicy. My mouth was tingly and my throat felt on fire...
