Ive had it 2 times. 1st time was good chicken taco salad. Today im bummed. So I came in around 4ish. I ordered a double chicken bowl. With pico and cabbage on the side. I went and got my tires changed and left it in the car so i wasnt able to eat then no biggie. Once they finished I went home and I got busy working on some things for work. So I put it in the fridge. Ill eat later. Here it is 1030 I heat it up stir it up all up. Sit down I make 2 little tocos with the tortias they gave me just the 2 little ones. Finished those and took 2 more bite and realized. Wait WHERES THE CHICKEN. THERES NO CHICKEN DOUBLE CHICKEN BOWL AND NO CHICKEN. REALLY GUYS. THANKS FOR THE LATE NIGHT LET DOWN. AND PLUS NO PICO🖒🖒🖒🖒 OR CHESSE. I love eating beans rice as much as the next texan. But thats all there is. Beans rice a small dab of sour cream. And no chesse. And cabbage in a small bowl. I really fell this was intentional. Im means. The order is Double chicken Bowl. And i got a huge bowl of beans and rice. I put the lid on it a throuht it in the fridge. Thanks i dont want my $8.87 back. I just wont ever eat there again. And if u like ill drop your bowl back off so u can enjoy some beans and not so good rice.

Read moreI desperately want to give a high rating because the food itself is quite good! However, the service is horrifyingly bad. Beyond bad! They have a captive drive-tru with a curb so it's impossible to get out after placing your order.... Which is necessary if you want to keep people waiting for 45 ENTIRE MINUTES for a single burrito. I was told at the speaker that they would give me my total at the window, when I arrived at the window over 30 minutes later (behind only 3 cars) it was clear my order hadn't even been entered into the system! But he already had my card in hand so I couldn't just leave at that point. All of this adds up to MORE WAITING. I was asked to pull up (into an unsuitable area, given the design of the parking lot) to wait. And I waited. And waited.... 10 minutes later I was forced to park my car and go inside to confront the situation. It was unfortunate. This was the first time it resulted in this long a wait and ultimately having to be confrontational, but it was NOT the first time I've had to wait longer than is acceptable for terrible service. I tried to give it a pass the first time and try again, but then this happened. It's not even worth talking about how delicious the food is because no one should be tempted to walk into the situation here for any reason. It's so upsetting. Read moreThe customer service here is very poor. They really don’t care about their customers. I am a truck driver that runs a local route in the area. I eat here at least two to 3 times a week. They literally see me every other day. (literally) But constantly charging me for stuff that shouldn’t be a charge. I order the shredded chicken nachos each and every time I come. Every time I come the portion of sauce or sour cream on it is different. One minute they give you enough, the next day just a squirt. I always ask them to remove the guacamole and substitute it for a little more sour cream. For some reason, even making a sub they still charge me $0.96. I never give them a hard time about it, but this particular time I didn’t even request the sub, but just make sure to give me the regular portion. They only gave me a squirt. So when I explained to her that it was only a squirt, she still insisted on charging me an extra 96 cents because THEY didn’t give me my whole portion. Rather than create a fuss, I just told them I will not be returning to this particular location.
