As many times as I came here I had good service , food fresh , no problems ever , employees so nice , but I decided to come here last night between 1am -1:40am young African American female decided she wants to have an attitude when I asked could u tell me what’s on the first order please , she did not wanna answer , she mugged me , got annoyed, looked around n I said never mind u good n continued with the second order , she was bout to give me the wrong drink n when I said I wanted a strawberry Fanta , I’ve said it like 3 times over the intercom, already so for her to get upset over me sayin this wasn’t the correct drink , she mugged me again shut the window n walked off n had somebody else bring me my drink , then she decided to come bck to window n tell me to move up to yella line , n when I asked could u out extra ketchup in each bag she said no words n looked annoyed again n slowly shook her head yea n i pulled up to yellow line , she comes out no words came out her mouth n right before she handed my food she gripped like barely started holding it almost dropped my food as she was handed it to me , now again this young female boy sayin nothing as she came to my car n gave me my food n proceeded to walk off n slammed the door me n the person I was with heard n looked back n saw it .we was so shocked that an employee like that can be so unprofessional, disrespectful, again I have never had no issue long as I been coming here , employees be greeting me coming n leaving , she did the complete opposite, and she does not deserve to be an employee there ,CAREFUL WHO YOU BE UNPROFESSIONAL WITH BECAUSE NEVER KNOW WHO YOUR TALKIN TO , this matter will get handle one way or another , i will contact corporate and the owner , soon , this matter will need to be handled , because she probably done this to many customers , n if necessary, will file an investigation over the store if this matter is not handled because little do she know ,i am an officer with well connections and I do not deal with that type disrespect, so please owner if you see this please handle or I will be filing an investigation over the store including corporate to see how many employees done had complains n not doing they job as suppose to...
Read moreI had to wait almost 15 minutes for my food after it was said to be ready. There was no one inside and I still had a long wait time. I ordered it online. After waiting that long and bringing the food home, which was across the road, the meat was just throw back on the grill to reheat it up. And there was just a tiny bit of grilled onions on my patty melt, which was disappointing. I've worked at Whataburger, for two years. I know what a reheated patty looks like. This is sad, I've grown tired of Whataburger. Doing another review on top of the one I already did, just order from here again because I figured I'd give them another chance and once again they have disappointed me. It was 20 minutes later after my food said that it was ready that they gave it to me. I received my order and the receipt itself was black towards the top which means that it was sitting inside the warmer for a decent period of time. That means that it was ready well before I got there and even my cinnamon roll was sitting inside the fry station warming area. There were two other people that were waiting there longer than I was and the bags were just packed and sitting on top of the counter too. Y'all need to fix how you service your customers because this is not how it's supposed to be, I've worked at Whataburger before and was there for almost 3 years so I know how Whataburger is supposed to be. Needless to say I will be reaching one of the managers up there to discuss this and how disappointed I am with the service and the way things have been done. I know to some it might not seem like much but it's frustrating when I order ahead of time and I don't get my food until 40 minutes later, because from the point of order to the point of grabbing and coming home it's about 40...

I want to make this extremely clear, the manager went to the back as soon as I came in the store and had another employee help me. The employee was extremely kind and took my order number down and was willing to make it. She went to talk to the manager and immediately was unable to do it after the fact*
My boyfriend and I ordered a kids burger and a bacon burger with our last 15$. We waited in the curbside for OVER half an hour in the curbside before my boyfriend went in. He has a digital receipt clearly showing the order as well as location and time it was set for. The manager was extremely disrespectful towards him and sent him away with a phone number.
I went in alone, sobbing, as I spend my last 15$ trying to get a burger. The employees were extremely kind and took down my order number and offered to make it since it showed the location. She went to the back and spoke to the manager. Immediately came back saying it wasn’t possible for them to do.
I would be completely understanding if there was no receipt, but we had a digital receipt showing all of the information. All anyone could say was that it was the wrong location, even after the location was clearly showed to be correct.
Working in the fast food industry I absolutely understand mistakes, and misconceptions, but this was genuinely the most disrespected I have ever felt.
