Placed my order of a 2 pc fish dinner combo and a 2 pc breast dinner combo the little girl working the mic and window had a bit of a attitude she told me that they didn’t have breast it would be 9 minutes and asked if I wanted to wait and I said no give me the 4 pc tender dinner and then as I was waiting for my order I seen them take my 4 pc tenders from heat lamp and throw them in the fryer with my corn nugget and then put it in the box. Got home and the chicken was so tuff that I was not able to eat it and so I called the store and asked for a manager I proceeded to complained and ask if they always let the chicken sit under the heat lamp and when some one places a orders throw the chicken back in the grease and cooked even longer and she said no I said well that is what you guys did to mine and she never even acknowledge I said anything she never responded with anything not even a I am sorry or anything but did asked if I want to bring it back and get another meal and I said no I am already home and so she took my name and said we owe you a 4 pc tender dinner and I said thank you I appreciated it. She then did not even acknowledge I said that and hung up. The service was terrible with terrible attitudes there is no professionalism and my chicken was even worse. Read moreI’m a regular chicken express customer I remember being in high school (I’m 25 of age now) and going off campus to my favorite spot which was chicken express it’s always been close to my heart and have never experienced what I just have today. I called early in the morning (because I tried calling the night of the incident but no one answered after 3 attempts) the manger informed me the order was going to be fresh and remade but when I arrived at the location I was faced with nothing but aggressiveness from All the staff I brought the chicken tenders back that y’all have me that was spicy when I ordered regular due to my health condition where I can’t eat spicy foods which will cause me to bleed upon arrival I informed the staff they gave no sympathy for the mistake they made that could have caused me to go to the hospital. And not to mention the tea was sour this is Texas we want FRESH SWEET TEA NOT OLD EXPIRED TEA the Manager lady with braces was very argumentative and didn’t even apologize for giving me spicy tenders when it clearly says on the receipt regular tenders. Read moreI would never ever recommend this establishment to anyone if it was free. I ordered food and when I got home it was cold and old. When calling back to complain the manager and employees in the background were very rude. One of the employees even issued threats over the phone inviting my husband to come back and he had something for him. We even spoke to the general manager whom was just as unprofessional. When arriving back at the store the employee that was threatening over the phone came from behind the counter to fight. Not one time did the GM intervene to control the employee yet called the police while I attempted to get a refund. This situation could have been avoided had the staff and manager handled the situation in a manner that was apologetic other than advising to bring the food back whenever you are in the area. I hope the owner of this establishment takes a look at the people they have working for them as they are very unprofessional and need to have customer service training. A manager should know how to defuse a situation when dealing with an irate customer not escalate it. Right, wrong or indifferent the customer is always right.
