9-12-25 Another new sandwich another huge disappointment. Not only did this thing not look remotely like the advertised picture it was put together terribly. Almost no veggies other than the 2 tomato slices, way to much garlic aoli, and a total of 3 pieces of each meat. And apparently I didn't rate cheese on mine because there wasn't any. And they want $7 for this TINY sandwich. As you can see in the photo the sandwich isn't much bigger than an Arby sauce packet. Flavor wise you get a little pepperoni and a LOT of garlic with a hint a acid from the banana peppers. Overall a 1/5 sandwich. I'll stick with the 1/2 pound roast beef for my $7 sandwiches in the future.
This location dropped to a 1* today 5-29-24. Ordered ahead in the app because it was the beginning of lunch time. Wanted to try one of their burgers. Yet I STILL had to wait over 10 minutes for my Big Cheesey bacon burger. As you can see on the special order ticket I ordered it without the burger sauce as I'm not a fan of that kind of sauce. Finally got my burger at 12:26 7 MINUTES after it's "promised time" on the slip and the app. But the best part is when I got home it was completely WRONG. It was dripping with burger sauce, had no bacon and the other toppings were barely there as well. This is their PREMIUM 8 dollar burger. (see the photos) So I drove back to the restaurant asked for the manager again was made to wait. Finally he comes and decided to make excuses. Didn't apologize just told me hey they make these 6 at a time and I just got the wrong one given to me. Like that was okay with him. So then he brings me my burger and assures me it's correct as he checked it. THEN he finally decided to apologize and asked if I wanted something free to make it up. I didn't as I wasn't there for free stuff I was there for what I ordered. All I asked was for his name and what manager position. Which he gave as Matt the DISTRICT MANAGER. Now I understand WHY these local Arby's are going downhill if it's deemed acceptable for someone that high up to make excuses for poor service and food. It's never about initial quality anymore it's about barely acceptable so the customer just eats it and doesn't come back to bother you.
Even worse was that the burger was not very good. Although the menu says they cook them "medium well" mine was way overcooked and has a crunchy bark. And for some reason had a slight fishy taste which I haven't a clue how they managed that. Ohh well now I definitely know I'll NEVER order one of those things again.
The Arby's is hit-and-miss. One day you'll get fast friendly service. And then on your next visit it'll be slow and unfriendly. As always I understand staffing issues. But if you want quality people you have to pay them fair wages. And as Arby's as one of the more expensive fast food options they certainly could. But as I was waiting over 15 minutes for my food. I noticed their recruitment sign and it said paying up to $13 an hour. Which is low in the fight for employees at these franchise...

Well app says pick up in lobby it was almost midnight and their dining room looked very much open Well i figured the app might be incorrect at the time. So i googled their dining hours said 2am so i got out of the drive thru because there was a a few cars ahead of me and i figured i could pick up quicker. But as i was at rhe drive thru speaker i ordered myself a sandwich because i had been out all day since 8am delivering and had yet to eat myself. Guy running it said to just pull around which any other fast food place that says that they always mean come inside. And hey u know im human maybe i just misunderstood him. It had been a long day. Well if the dining roo. Was closed the doors should have been locked right? Well they weren't and it was a few minutes till the actual 11pm closing time i was informed of. Well cashier guy was so freaking rude . I was gunna go get back in the stupid drive thru line when he said he could get them for me even though theyre not supposed to do that ... umm yes u are lol. Its literally your job bro! Well they completely dusrerded i orderd myself food. And i specifically said i had no damn problem going back through to get my own foof since i already made 1 mistake and i didn'thavethe correct card on me anyway. . Well dude said no its fine just go grab it u can get it here. Well i take less than 2 minutes and they locked me out 🤔 like why lie and be a cocky little dhit ? I had no problem going back through for my own stuff. I was just following instructions for delivery pickup . Smh ive never been treated as rudely. Especially as a delivery driver cuz we're the ones out late...
Read moreIf I were eating the food only, it would be 5 stars. However, what it took to get my food lowered my review. It took over 10 minutes to receive our food. The Arby sauce dispenser was broken and out of sauce. I went to the counter and was ignored for another 10 minutes. The person taking orders made no attempt to see what I needed. The manager working the fry station and bagging orders made no attempt to see what I needed. Neither team member responded to my request for help.
To top it off, the manager delivered orders to the counter in front of me and only after I raised my voice to question if she was a manager, did she respond. I told her the lobby Arby sauce was out and she responded with a less than enthusiastic, "We'll get to it." I had to ask for some packets. Of course by now, my food was less than hot but I ate it and left. So...
