I’m not even trying to be a Karen or nothing but this experience generally made me so mad. First of all, there’s two windows to order at so we walked up to one and waited there for a couple minutes, new customers (who arrived after us) walked up to the other window ordered and we were just “like wait did we go to the wrong window?”so we switched. This happened to us for a second time so the employees weren’t being very observant or they were deliberately ignoring us. We laughed it off and eventually just asked if we were standing at the wrong window and the worker just said sorry we’re busy. I then proceeded to order the crunchin cookie sundae, the response I got was “we don’t have anything by that name”. I did beforehand go online and look it up so there was obviously some confusion there too. How are you not gonna know your own menu items? Especially because I just watched multiple people order it before me. She also said they didn’t have any Oreos when I quite literally saw her put them in multiple orders previous to mine. Overall this experience generally infuriated me and left me majorly disappointed. Waiting for 15 minutes at a Dairy Queen for one small sundae, when at least 5 customers who arrived after us got there orders before us, is just completely...
Read moreThis DQ is closing soon. Don't be sad. It deserves to. The owners are fried. They are rude & run down.
Building? Dilapidated. Seating? Nond...of any kind...whatsoever. When asked why no picnic tables in the space outside, a woman loudly & rudely stated (in Summer of '23) that it was "for coronavirus 2020 reasons"...and "a police order." Complete lies, yes, but my family has never been treated so rudely before. I knew another DQ was a half mile away, but I asked her nonetheless if another DQ was nearby. She said she didn't know. The woman was middle-aged and informed us her dad owned the place. Not sure why she felt inclined to share that. Whole episode was uncomfortable. Left us speechless. One got from the teenage boy working for her that this was a typical encounter...
Read moreNot impressed. I ordered a small cheesecake blizzard and a hot dog w/ketchup, mustard, and relish. My husband ordered an oreo blizzard and 2 hot dogs with just ketchup and mustard. When the girl gave us the order she gave us only 2 hot dogs. One I ordered and only 1 my husband ordered. I politely mentioned we ordered 3 hot dogs and she proceeded to argue with me that we didn't order 3 and if we wanted another one she could ring it up. I said no thank you. When my husband ordered she asked if he wanted them the same as mine and he said no. She messed up the order and instead of apologizing she argued with the customer. Never coming back. The hot dogs were cold and the customer...
