Such a strange encounter here - new owners are awful (old ones were fantastic). I ordered online through the Faros website and somehow door dash delivered it. We got 3 of the 4 things we ordered. I called the store and explained we were missing part of the order and the guy said, "It's Friday night, we're busy. Missing food is not our fault." I apologized and said I'm only trying to determine if they gave the entire order to door dash (door dash driver said no) or if part of our order was still at the store. He responded with, "Nothing is made that is unaccounted for. I'm close to hanging up on you."
I called door dash, but because the order was placed DIRECTLY WITH FAROS they couldn't do anything for me. I spoke to Faro's again and the same guy answered. I reminded him of our previous conversation and gave him the door dash update. He didn't care. "Not his problem" he told me. Then he gave me the same 800 number to call that led to door dash. A service I didn't order through.
Nice work Faro's. You robbed me out of $13 on a $80+ order. I'll survive it, but if you keep this sort of service up I am not so sure about you.
Update: Appreciate the reply from the owner, but if the order is placed through your website domain with no indication it runs through a 3rd party to fulfill I don't think it's fair to blame a third party. Also if you read my original post they confirmed the order was placed with your group which is why they suggested I go back a second time to your staff. Door dash ended up refunding the entire order even though they had no responsibility to do so. I will 100% use their services again....

I was impressed with the delivery driver because I work alone in a dark scary factory. I offered to walk to the well lite front but he surprised me and brought it right to my bay door. I was even more surprised when my calzone and bread sticks were absolutely amazing! Sadly I couldnt finish them so I decided to save the other half for the next day. I put them in my car because is was a cold night then I forgot they were there. I went home and went to bed. My husband works first shift and takes the same car. I got a text message from him saying he just wanted to say he appreciates me and everything I do for him. This is when I knew he found my food and ate it. Which was really irritating because not only was I looking forward to those leftovers but he ruins pizza by eating it cold. So when I saw him again I said I hope you enjoyed my food. At 12:15 I called the store to find out their delivery driver was late (apparently showed up to work late) so they were running behind. I was told I'd have my order within minutes. I needed to leave the office by 12:30 so I thought even if it's 30 minutes late I'll still get the order. At 12:30 I went to leave and as I was about to walk out the door he arrived. When the driver tried to deliver the order it was incomplete. I ordered a lunch special that included a personal pizza, a salad and fountain drink. That wasn't expensive enough to meet their GrubHub minimum purchase so I added a 20 ounce soda. When the delivery came there was no fountain drink and one soda. I asked about the fountain drink and was told they don't deliver fountain drinks. I asked why they didn't bring 2 bottles and he told me that's not what I ordered. Since the order was late and I was about to leave I told him I was going to refuse the order. He was shocked, rude, used profanity and threw the bottle of pop at me as I walked to my car.
