This place and the family are amazing. So excited they reopened in this new location! I had the enchiladas verdes today and it was the best Verde sauce I've ever had. It's my favorite dish anywhere but this one was top notch. It has just a little kick to it but was perfect. The chicken was also cooked nicely (a lot of places overcook it and it's very dry). My husband got the barbacoa and it was so tender. My son got some ground beef tacos and ate ALL of it. This is an amazing hidden residential gem for authentic Mexican cuisine (don't let the name fool you as this is a full fledged yet unimposing restaurant) just north of Grand Rapids and a must go to when here or passing through to places north. I had the chicken and beef tacos with fresh made salsa Verde along with their guacamole with corn chips which were amazing. I'd imagine their fajitas, enchiladas, chicken many other entree fare could also be this delicious. The staff was friendly and courteous. As this appears to also be a small family business, the chef bringing the food to our table was a nice change of pace. Everything was fresh and hot. This is definitely worth making the trip a exit or two...

There are a few pleasures in life that are almost impossible to put into words: the tender kiss of a lover, a sip of cold beer after a long day of hard labor, or watching the sunset from an exotic coast.
