Tonica provided an absolutely amazing experience! I love Jimmy John’s, but I hadn’t been in a while and was excited to try the new toasted subs. She not only introduced me to the new toppings but also had extensive knowledge about everything on the menu. When I ordered the steak sub, she made sure to mention that it had horseradish—something Jimmy John’s doesn’t usually have. I was so grateful she shared that little detail because I wouldn’t have liked my sub otherwise!
What truly stood out was her kindness and patience—she made me feel at ease in a way that most places don’t. I often feel rushed and anxious when ordering, but Tonica took the time to explain all my options with such warmth and care. When I got to the register, she continued to treat me with genuine kindness and respect. She turned what could have been a simple transaction into a truly great experience. Jimmy John’s is lucky to have her!!!

Read moreI have had a lot of issues with this particular jimmy johns. The manager is really rude to the customers. I wanted to surprise my sons wrestling team with sandwiches. My order can up to approx $78. I ordered a catered box and some side subs for my family. When I got my order and saw that it was wrong not only did he say the order was right but that I was ignorant when I repeated what I wanted. The hard part is that my tone was low not yelling and not disrespectful. He told me to get out of his store or he would call the police. I welcomed him to do so because he had took all of my sandwiches and thrown them in the garbage. I explained to him that I was not leaving without my order and he said that he would credit my card but I was not leaving without proof. So I waited until I received my receipt then left. The last two times I've gone to pick up an online order in the drive thru I've been yelled at by the guy at the window for not telling them I'm there to pick up an online order when I did at the speaker. Me: "I'm here to pick up an online order for ". Them: "Got it, we'll have it for you at the window." Get to window, "You have to tell us you're here for an online order, you can't just pull up to the window!" Umm... I did. Twice in a row, same story.
