7:30 pm on Saturday 11/05/2022 sitting in the drive thru with a half dozen other cars behind me. Wait at the order speaker patiently for 5 mins to order food. You Look in the restaurant and at least two female workers are just mopping floors cleaning (to go home probably). BUT, Iām pretty certain the store was still OPEN the sign was ON all the lights are still ON, order menu still lit up just flat out ignoring the customers lined up to order at the speaker. Saw two females literally look right out at us all and nobody STILL came to speaker to even say āhey were closed right now.ā Just continued mopping and for real Just ignoring the line at order speaker. Killing time getting paid still but not wanting to work or wait on customers apparently. Completely unacceptable to be ignored. I headed over to the Wyoming location where the guy went out of his way and was literally more than friendly and welcoming. You need more workers like him at your location (I wish Iād gotten his name) but Iām guessing this to be a regular thing here is my hunch. Best business suggestion for you : Close the doors at this location itās losing you more customers and profits in the long run. Itās run down and full of workers who 1. Donāt want to work 2. After waiting forever to get the rest of our food, (they forgot a whole meal) I asked for bbq & it was covered in bbq. They said all of them were like that. No napkins. No forks. Forgot our coleslaw. And THE FLOOR!!!!! Was beyond disgusting and slippery. I repeatedly told my mom to be careful because she has a bad leg. Once we went to the vehicle to eat, because it was way too hot inside, we noticed they gave us fish instead of chicken. & my mom barely any shrimp. Like 7pcs. So I checked my daughters chicken and it was also fish. I took it inside and told them, and just said I wanted a refund. There was someone in front of me, where they forgot his food as well and a lady behind me where she couldnāt even break her fish in half with her hands because it was so hard. After waiting 15mins for what appeared to be the manager come out, he said he wouldnāt refund me for my daughters meal, only mine. Because I didnāt bring her meal inside I only brought mine. That cheesecake is off the hook and you gotta get there and try it for yourself! Ok, not trying to be this way but in the last 6 weeks, I have tried to go here three times, and tried the online ordering: disabled. I understand the why for the early closures, your lack of help, and your urgent hiring signs: shoot, I would be happy to work with ya, I need part-time work. But please, change your location times (corporate thing, I get that too) and/or have a door sign, phone message, something, ANYTHING, it's better than nothing at all. Plus, as I sit in your empty parking lot, looking at the dark restaurant window, between 3 and 5 other vehicles pull in, only to be as disappointed as I was. I love Long Johns, but come on give me something to work here.
