Roskam Foods (M1) — Restaurant in Grand Rapids

I was routed to wrong entrance but luckily a sign was posted by Roskam to the 60th street opening. Pulled in, another large sign to text my information to a phone number, answered automatically, entered a parking area with room for 12 trucks, parking also available on side of road, assigned door within 2 or 3 minutes. Fair to large lot, sat for 45 minutes then loaded within 15. Texted to get paperwork, pulled forward to another lot directly in front of my door, room for another 8-10 trucks, rolled out. Total time less than 2 hours. I take my hat off to the folks that designed and obviously used to drive trucks or actually listened to truck drivers and took their input, the courage or blind faith to do so, and most of all the will to be urgent, professional and kind to the people on the road. My experience was bad I just started this job about a month ago and everything was going fine until the week before Thanksgiving when our hours were being cut short! Mind you I went in on time every night and clocked in on time every night and I worked 48 hrs and now yall are telling me I only worked 32 hrs I demand I get my hours and if not I will take action the right way immediately this experience was horrible and wished it...

The workers are good people but some of management treats the employees badly and threatens to write them up over a lot of small things. The management here doesnt care about you at all. And if you need to leave 1 hour early and let management know a week in advance they will say you will get a point...
