I was very surprised to discover a rather tasty Sunday Brunch! We went for Father's Day, but I understand they have a Brunch Buffet every Sunday! I would have liked to see more dessert choices and their lighting was not working (if they have one) over parts of the Brunch Buffet. Most of my family went with the Buffet today. I also discovered a FANTASTIC Sangria drink idea! Ask for half "light" Sangria and half "dark" Sangria- if you are a lover of sweet drinks. It tasted so wonderful!!!! I was also impressed that even though many people were opting for the Brunch Buffet, the waitresses were there in a flash if you needed something and also cleared dirty plates. I just hate going to a buffet and the dishes just pile up on the table! Way to go staff!!! Everyone was so kind, it was really a nice experience. Also, my parents are in their 80s and cannot hear very well. When you enter this particular location, there is a nice and realtively quiet section to the left when you walk in. This was great since we all wanted to be able to talk and hear each other. There is also a "private" room (which you will see in my pictures) that I'm guessing holds 20 to 25 people? The rest of the place was your typical sports bar decor with TVs everywhere. But their menu was quite a few notches ABOVE the typical sports bar and had a great selection of drinks as well. My teenage nephew begged me to buy Hime some pizza puffs that he could take home. I didn't know what all the fuss was about until I tried one! They deserve 5 stars! Lol I think this location is above the restaurant located near Rivertown mall. That location was set up differenly and will give a report when we go there next. The location I went to was on the way towards Caledonia/Middleville. I think this is a great place to go and would definitely...

Always thought the service and pizza was on point. Not tonight. Went in after placing an online order. Probably was my fault for not double checking, but I was told by the extremely rude hostess that I was “at the wrong location” and needed to check my phone because “this was not the place that I had ordered from.”

Next day update: At least I was treated with respect today. However, the expo guy repeatedly touched his mask (which was not on properly) with his gloved hand and proceeded to touch food.

Also, the pie had extremely little sauce, and was obviously sitting out for a few minutes (this was after waiting at least twenty minutes to recieve it after I paid) because it was very dry. It was also extremely greasy, almost as if they were trying to make up for the lack of quality 🤔

Second Update: Have not recieved my food yet (just placed my order) but I spoke with one of the managers, Andy, and we was very respectful and generous; he comped our food for this evening. We have yet to taste it, but I am very happy with the appreciation of our business. Thank you, Andy!

Third (and hopefully final) update: Placed my order 9:26pm. Still waiting for my pizza and it is now 10:30.

Oops... apparently did my “final” update way too early. Brian, the manager on call tonight, was rather rude and asked very rudely, “Why would I comp your meal?” after I stated that I was put on hold for five minutes, later having to give my card number three times, already waiting 45 minutes for my delivery order, getting no response from the delivery driver, and ultimately finding out that the driver had left my order after attempting to contact me, only to find out that the host had put down the wrong address.

Was offered free pizza puffs so...

The food was great. The experience was where they lose a couple star. First, our initial contact with the hostesses. The hostess took down our name, how many in our party (4 with a high chair) and phone number. Told us to wait in their waiting area. We got the text we were on the list. Then 10 minutes later the couple that came in after us was told by the hostess they had a table and would they need a high chair still. We initially thought she must have got us mixed up as it was just two adults in that group. 15-20 minutes after that she came back to us and admitted she gave our table to the other couple by accident. Once seated our waitress seemed to have a problem either hearing our understanding our order, there was several repeats. This is not a big deal usually but after the start we had it kept showing us that there was some training or something missing with the staff. I will say the waitress was on top of the refills but when my husband asked for water instead of a third glass of soda she brought another soda. At the end of the meal we watched as our waitress cashed out all her tables except ours and then must have went on break. We were ready for our bill and boxes for the leftovers when she was cashing everyone else out but she passed us over. So we waited an extra 15 minutes as we tried to get the attention of other wait staff but even after eye contact was made and a wave no one came to see what we needed. After what appeared to be our waitresses break we finally waved her down to get our bill and boxes so we could head home. If it was all about the food I have to say the food was great and kudos...

I visited Uccello's Ristorante- East Beltline on a work trip recently and thought this was a nice surprise. The atmosphere is a sports bar type atmosphere. The menu looks to be very diverse but we both actually settled on the Seafood Risotto. As I have seen on some other reviews, the portions of this dish were enormous but I did find a silver lining in the portion size. It allowed us to concentrate on eating all of the seafood out of the dish and just leave the rice that we could not eat. Since we had a three-hour drive ahead of us we really didn't want to pack it up for the next day. I have to say the dish was amazing! It came out of the kitchen PIPING HOT and the sauce/rice kept in the heat for almost the entire time it took to eat the seafood out of the dish. The garlic bread was really flavorful by itself but the sauce in the risotto ON the garlic bread was insane. I recommend the use of the garlic bread in this manner! Overall, I would recommend this spot and if I find myself in this area again I would love to try a pizza or another dish.

Being from New Haven CT I've been spoiled by good pizza my whole life, but was pleasantly surprised to find Uccellos right around the corner from my favorite dispo. A large one-topping pizza was less than $10 out the door which is unheard of where I'm from, and the estimated 20 minute wait actually took a bit less. The hostess was very pleasant and was able to answer questions about live events at the business which is always nice to have employees that aren't clueless. The pizza itself was nothing short of incredible. We got bacon as a topping but didn't specify how to cook it and it was still well-done, crispy pieces of bacon, not uncooked chunks like so many places! The crust was thick and crunchy but not overly doughy, and the sauce was surprisingly tasty. Without even considering the value this is definitely the best pizza I've had in the area so far, but when you take into account the price Uccellos is an incredible value! Hopefully we can help them out with some live music this summer but either way will definitely be back!
